JOB SUMMARY
Our clients consist of film, TV, and commercials sets of all sizes and required all candidates to have great set etiquette and production experience.
We are currently expanding our Intake Department. You will be working directly with our Operations Manager so assistant manager experience and good office skills are helpful. The main tasks included helping with the day-to-day operations of our rapid real-time PCR testing company.
As a PA/Intake Assistant, you’ll assist with the operations of checking in "Patients." These Patients are scheduled to take their mandated COVID-test, required by shows or productions. We work with many clients, some within the film, television, and commercial/entertainment industry. Our lab is known for getting results in record-speed and we are looking for the ideal candidate to grow with us.
The general shift is 5:00am-2:30pm, sometimes earlier, sometimes later.
- Executing day to day operations of intake check-in
- Overseeing, operating, and updating shared excel sheet with the team in real-time
- General professionalism with clients and line control
- Diligently delivering samples to lab in a concise and effective manner
- General sanitation (wiping tables down, equipment down, etc)
- Moderate lifting (30lb bins, etc)
- A good attitude and a generally calm demeanor
MUST HAVES:
-Reliable Transportation - we work both on-lot and on-location.
-Exposure to Excel
-Someone who is Tech-Savvy
-Some Travel
