We will be needing some extra hands at a live event in Novi May 18-19, 2024

Assistant will be doing various jobs around the event floor, all of which you'll receive training on prior to the event opening. We work in a high volume environment and you must be comfortable standing for long periods of time on concrete floors and conversing with people.

We seek a tech-savvy PA with familiarity in lighting setup, ensuring proper connection of microphones and ring lights to guest laptops. The PA will assist guests in setting up for their virtual interviews, requiring strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking

The PA will need a laptop. A newer one is preferred.

Working on an unscripted sports doc series and I am looking for a local PA to join our crew. 1-day shoot in the Saratoga Springs area, 1 prep and wrap day. Open to Albany res who can work locally for the day.


Working Days: 05/22/24 - 05/24/24
Day Rate is $250/12.
W4 Job paid through payroll.

You Should:
- Be local to the area or can commute from nearby, lodging is not provided.
- Have a valid driver's license and are capable of driving a rental off a lot.
- Know your way around Saratoga Springs and neighboring cities.
- Must have at least 5 listed credits on a working set or location.

Duties include:
- Driving crew and gear to and from locations (Travel vans provided by the production)
- Loading and unloading gear.
- Helping on set as needed.
- Miscellaneous runs.
- Must be comfortable lifting 50 lbs or more.

Looking for a Production Assistant for a shoot June 9th - 11th.

We're looking for 2 PAs for a 6 to 7-day documentary shoot in Macon, for a non-union Hulu show. Working from Friday, May 24th to Sunday, June 2nd with 2 to 3 dark days in between.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
PA duties will include but are not limited to: Driving production mini-vans or cargo vans, airport pick-ups, gear pick-ups, going on runs, taking lunch orders, unloading gear cases, moving heavy furniture, helping keep set clean, printing & scanning.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.
