Seeking a driven and hardworking Office COVID-19 P.A. for a busy Reality-TV production company in North Hollywood. Will work with the current Testing Department to manage the testing needs of the cast and crew of our shoots as well as the full time office staff.
Looking for someone who lives and breathes spreadsheets & schedules and takes pride in their attention to detail. Must be comfortable assisting the Covid Coordinator with a high volume of correspondence and helping to diligently track test requests, results, and more.
Will also be assembling and logging & shipping tests-kits, and recording test results.
Additionally, this person will help as an office P.A., so they must be comfortable answering phones, assisting in various departments (as time allows) and going on runs.
This job is office-based -- not in the field or remote. It will start on or around 1/31.
Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record
