- Must have the full work available (10 hrs minimum)
- No car necessary, but would be a plus!

JOB SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION:
A Production Assistant supports all aspects of the film production and art department. The crew will count on you for various crucial tasks, to help keep the production running smoothly and problem-free. This person is self motivated and takes initiative with daily tasks. This position requires physical strength, stamina and high energy with the ability to lift 50lbs or more. One in this position needs to have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:
- Perform administrative office work
- Assistance with casting
- Loading / unloading of set pieces, props and equipment.
- Help prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc.
- Assist director and crew members as needed
- Assist with researching and sourcing materials
- Using personal automobile for runs and various tasks
- Act as a runner distributing messages or shopping for items
- Undertake all errands as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE:
- Experience working on a set
- Can lift 50lbs or more
- Great with communication
- Knowledge of Physical production required, and previous experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, be a self-starter, anticipate the needs of busy Executives, and follow through on all tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and be self sufficient
- Ability to work independently and take initiative along with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, reliable, mature, professional and positive attitude required

Looking for approximately 12 PA's for an event at the Anaheim Convention Center towards the end of next month for several days. MUST have PA experience, ability to lift 30-40 lbs, team player, and the ability to think on your feet. Super bonus if you know the area well and have worked at this venue before.

Need a PA for 2-days (Sunday and Monday) shoot: June 23rd and 24th

Rate is $275.00 for the day

Plus $79.00 per diem
And milage as well, if over 40 miles each way for your commute.

You will be expected to:

• Manage the We Call It experience on-site, ensuring the experience runs smoothly from conception to delivery
• Represent the brand through professional management of the event and communication with artists and clients.
• Coordinate the arrival and load-in of all production equipment, props, costumes, and materials to the venue.
• Coordinate a dry technical rehearsal with venue technician and a tech rehearsal and run with artists and technicians prior to the first performance.
• Manage and train ushers, security, and other relevant patron-facing personnel.
• Understand and coordinate the validation of tickets.
• Deal with any customer inquiries on-site.
• Coordinate the start of show between FOH, technicians, and artists.
• Manage the load out and storage of production equipment, props, costumes, and materials.

On July 6th and 7th we're looking for a Production Assistant with a good attitude and some experience with working on a set, handling shopping for light craft services and other miscellaneous tasks during production. This is a non union job.

Looking for a PA to pickup crafty and gear for us, and dropoff to porduction in Guerneville.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Greenacres, FL.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

The rate is $20 an hour based on a 10 hour day. So you'd get $200 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. After 10 hours you get additional pay. The meal is off the clock. We provide the meal.


Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.

Tuesday, June 25th - Full Day (10am - 8pm)
$300/day

Wednesday, June 26th - Half Day (7am - 12pm)
$150/per half day

Thursday, June 27th - Full Day (10am - 8pm)
$300/day

Friday, June 28th - Half Day (7am - 12pm)
$150/per half day

Main Duties include, but not limited to:
Printing and distributing scripts/call sheets
Relaying messages between crew members
Running errands for Directors and Producers
Run food and water

Need a PA to assist setting up an interview for a True Crime show. Must be able to move office furniture and go on typical set runs.

The rate is $22.50 an hour based on a 10 hour day. $225 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. Additional pay after 10 hours.
The meal is off the clock. We provide the meal.

Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Looking for a LOCAL experienced Production Assistant near Seattle, WA. Will be working with a small crew and must work well with others and ideally know the surrounding area. Crew comes into town this day, so will need assistance with crew pickup from the airport, gear pickups, etc.

Rate: $236/12 hour day.
