We specialize in connecting fans to nationwide live events in the entertainment world; including popular TV shows, exclusive red carpet events, award shows, sporting events, music festivals and more.

POSITION:
A Fan Coordinator role requires very strong collaboration and communication skills, including exemplary guest relation skills. Knowledge of popular entertainment culture and experience on event grounds is a plus.

We are actively seeking Fan Coordinators based in Detroit, MI to join our Events team for an upcoming event.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passion and enthusiasm for live entertainment and creating memorable experiences for others
- Adaptability to changes in task/direction, while maintaining poise and professionalism
- Team player with strong problem solving skills, including use of good judgment to redirect matters to management as needed
- Experience working in live events or sporting events is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Fans and assist with on-the-ground operations; inclusive of check-in, event load in and out, seating, crowd control/line management, and guest relations
- Comply to safety protocols and company policies
- Deliver the ultimate guest experience and maximize audience engagement

*** President, Production for Universal Television Productions, will manage and oversee pilot and series productions reporting directly to the studio's Executive *** President. This role will partner with studio and network creative executives to ensure accurate production budgets are built. The role is in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

PLEASE NOTE: This role is a temporary staff position with an end date. The assignment is anticipated to be 12 months in duration (subject to change).

Essential Responsibilities

Plan and manage the physical production for UCP scripted pilots and series
Oversee on-set production personnel to ensure best-in-class productions as well as drive efficiencies and economies of scale
Manage and communicate information (materials, dates, schedules etc.) to head of the department
Work with studio and network creative executives for production budget reviews, planning and logistics
Effectively communicate and interfere regularly with internal teams (Business Affairs, Legal and Finance)

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of television production experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively across all levels of the organization
Strong knowledge of union requirements, budgeting and tax credits
Technical/Computer proficiency
Able to think clearly and quickly under pressure
Able to multi-task, effectively manage competing priorities and follow through
Able to maintain confidentiality
Able to work well in fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills

Line Producer

*** News is seeking a Line Producer to join our National News team. This individual will be responsible for the oversight of live or pre-taped programs. Edits copy to assure compliance, calling for video changes when necessary; oversees all final edits for that day's broadcast under deadline. This position also coordinates and checks continuity for all video and still elements in the video walls during the day's on-stage shoot.

What You'll Do

Oversee offline and online post production schedule and delivery of daily packages to online editor.
May write and produce content
Edit teases and open for daily show.
Supervise taped video production by organizing the program elements; back timing the program and working with production crew to organize necessary technical means and personnel requirements to accomplish the task.
Oversee visual elements for studio recording, including producing visual components of the virtual set.
Works with post editors on final production.
Responsible for ensuring final show is fed to participating stations at deadline daily.
Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree or higher
At least 5 years of experience in television production as a show producer with a passion for entertainment.
Experience producing/shaping stories at all stages of development from pitch to air.
Experience with I News editing system a plus.

What You'll Need:

Creative track record demonstrated through an audition reel or prior producing and production projects.
Solid experience writing, booking, story development and strong visual skills.
Must have solid social *** experience and be well connected.
Excellent and proven writing skills for television news/feature reporting and producing.
Strong leadership skills to interface with co-workers and our diverse community.
Solid teaching skills to help evaluate and guide the staff to always increase our standard of production.
A working knowledge of composition and pictorial continuity and audio to tell a story with competitive style and high quality standards in final product.
