Looking for a seasoned production coordinator to lead a crew in the field for a docuseries / reality tv series. Ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, solid communication and problem solving skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to be flexible with a changing schedule.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- managing day to day field logistics
- obtaining releases in the field
- working with production team to ensure a smooth work flow for crew
- taking/ordering crew meal and securing lunch is picked up/delivered on time
- reconciling pcard receipts
- communicating with production management for updates and issues
