Responsibilities:
Work with leadership to develop/implement/fine-tune production management processes
Handle start paperwork, on-boarding, payroll, expense reconciliations
Manage team schedule & crew contact list
Coordinate office logistics & crew travel
Assist producers with shoot planning
Keep in-house gear organized & oversee barcode check-out system
Help manage day-to-day goings on at the office
Have a bird’s eye view of all projects in production and post

Bonus points if you:
Have an interest in new technology, such as livestreaming or the latest camera equipment
Are passionate about progressive causes and digital ad campaigns and interested in politics
Have a love of Google Suite and are well-versed in all its intricacies (gmail, google docs, google calendar)
Are willing to learn and use interactive management software and tools
Find joy in spreadsheets and all things organization
Love dumplings

Overall: must have a positive, friendly attitude, a willingness to learn and work well with others. Team-player is paramount. Tho occasional travel is not out of the realm of possibility, this is primarily an office job. Supportive environment, with room for growth!

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Must be a quick learner and not be afraid to ask questions or for help
- Interest in entertainment (film, tv, gaming) and basic industry knowledge.

As a Production Coordiantor, you are an integral part of the GOLF Operations team reporting to the VP, Golf Operations. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote GOLF events. In addition, as needed, you are expected to interface and collaborate with colleagues working in the Studio to help facilitate all aspects of event logistics.

Responsibilities:

Support Production and Operations personnel during every phase of productionboth remotely and in studio
Occasional oversight of daily hire personnel for Production/Timecard Submission
Ability to navigate internal databases and documents regarding broadcast schedules, crewing and personnel
Assist in reconciling the remote event's budget in partnership with the onsite Production Manager
Responsible for all aspects of travel logistics for Talent, Production and Crew (Air, Hotel, Ground Transportation)
Work with internal partners and vendors regarding Remote and Studio Logistics: Crewing, Scheduling Team, HR, Building Admin (seating), IT, event catering, cleaning schedules, etc. (as applicable)
Must be fiscally responsible in managing purchase cards and budgets of assigned sporting events
Coordinate with internal partners & various broadcast partners, regarding show deliverables and logistics

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field;or equivalent years of experience
Minimum two (2+) years' experience in the television/film production business, preferably at a network or production facility
Basic knowledge of Sports production

The group is an integral team across the manufacturing cycle, overseeing the production of thousands of titles annually.
