Busy production company based in Connecticut looking for a Production Coordinator to assist with on going series and development projects.
This position requires both office and field experience. Ideal candidate has prior experience as a Production Coordinator both in office and in the field. Looking for someone that is organized, pays attention to detail, and is looking to learn and advance their career.
Responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with staffing shoots
- Reconciling out Credit Cards/AMEX monthly
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Assisting with obtaining organizing releases and final paper deliverables
- Booking travel
- Hiring local crew
- Assisting in the field as needed, some travel may be required
