Looking for a Production Manager with strong office/admin experience to help out for a week or two with a busy production company that has too much going on at the moment.
Ideal candidate is well organize and a problem solver that takes initiative and always looks to improve processes and work flows. Someone great with Google Drive and knows their way around Excel/Google Sheets. Knows the docs and paperwork of production in and out and can work independently.
Job is short term for a week or two. Can be done remote, preference given to east coast/NYC based candidates as we are east coast based. Duties would include:
- Assisting with organizing company Google Drive/Share Drives
- Consolidating templates and documents in to one place
- Cleaning up document templates,
- Updating staff list and vendor list
- Assisting EIC with establish workflows for new series
