Seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Manager for a non-union show with extensive domestic travel.
This is a field position and will require travel. Project begins prep June 3 and is a long running project for the right candidate. Los Angeles applicant is preferred , but open to any qualified candidate even if not LA based.

Main Responsibilities:
Secure permits and location agreements
Coordinate crew and gear logistics
Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for cast and crew
Manage Gear freight to each location
Manage day-to-day production operations on location
Problem-solve effectively and proactively with a thoughtful approach for both crew and cast
Collaborate closely with the EIC and Producers
Ensure best practices for safety are adhered to by crew and staff.
Oversee location * appearance Releases ,Create and distribute Call Sheets and Production Reports

Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Production Manager, preferably in Reality TV.
Looking for proven ability to manage a show with heavy travel and fast moving schedule and logistics.

Strong organizational and time management skills that are presented with a kind demeanor
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Per Diem is paid for travel days / Rate 2200 -2500 commensurate with experience

I am looking for a highly efficient production manager to work with me to manage the entire production for a series of 1-hour adaptation feature films filmed over the course of 6 days. SUMMARY: Support the Studio’s mission to be the studio of choice by providing our clients with the finest customer service and support. The Stage Manager is a primary liaison for information and problem solving between the studio and our clients. This position is responsible for assuring the client is well taken care of and any production related requests are handled quickly and thoroughly. The goal is to instill the utmost confidence with the client and handle all situations with a professional, friendly and supportive approach.

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Work closely with all studio departments to assure optimum communication of all production activities.
• Closely monitor and manage stages, support space and production related areas at the facility.
• Assist Security and Parking team with accommodating production needs.
• Accurately communicate any billable services to Sylmar Studios Finance Department.
• Identify any issues with the studio’s facilities and report the problems to the appropriate studio department.
• Educate and ensure the production clients comply with all studio policies and procedures, as well as all government regulations, fire and safety codes, cleanliness, etc.
• Act as the main repository for all production activities and efficiently communicate to all
• Sylmar Studios departments in order to provide the client with seamless solutions.
• Complete Sylmar Studios production reports in a timely, accurate and thorough manner.
• Complete daily stage checks and assure client paperwork is accurate. Responsible for

Fluctuating Work Hours: Production schedules change constantly. This position needs to be flexible as it relates to a predicable work schedule. Since this position supports production clients, Stage Managers must be prepared to align their schedules based on the demand of the clients.
