Established show seeking a Field Production Manager in Huntsville, AL. Remote prep starts ASAP and travel to Huntsville will be the week of 6/28. Once on the ground, there will be 8 shoot weeks.

Since travel is covered by production, we are open to applicants from around the country, but it would be great to have someone local or who has crew contacts in the area.

Responsibilities include managing a crew of 15-20 people, adhering to strict COVID protocols, working with the Producers/Talent/Glam/COVID Supervisor, making and distributing the call sheet, managing receipts/tracking financials for the show, assisting with locking/scouting locations, overseeing releases, and making sure everything on set goes smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have a thick skin, work well under pressure, be an ace with rights & clearances-related things, have a good sense of humor, and be flexible.

OVERVIEW
Brave New Films, a non-profit media organization that focuses on social justice documentaries and video, is seeking a co-producer/production manager for a short doc project currently in production. You will manage physical production of interviews featuring name talent and supervise some of post-production.

This will be a contracted freelance position with a part-time schedule over several weeks of production.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in collaboration with Director and Producer to execute the short doc concept.
Managing all aspects of pre-production and production of the film shoots, including sourcing locations, hiring crew and equipment, interfacing with talent and reps, call sheets, and being the on-set producer.
Handling all releases, permits, paperwork.
Managing expenses, tracking budget and production accounting.
Post supervision. Coordinating between director and editorial on cuts, graphics, archival clearance, fair use, and delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS
Producing and Production Manager experience on documentary, narrative, digital media and/or television.
On set experience dealing with talent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Google Suite, and management level knowledge of post workflows and systems.
Experience with doc scripting and basic editing on Premiere Pro a plus.

Job Description

The Production Manager for the Production & Operations department provides essential support on development and series 3rd party projects of various scales across the *** U portfolio including *** , *** , USA, Oxygen, Bravo, E! and SyFy. Job Description

The Technical Manager provides support for *** News, MS *** , and digital. This role will be responsible for managing the crew and production team to execute shows, as well as day-to-day operations.

Oversee any or all *** Universal Studio and Control room production, assuring performance standards
Work closely with scheduling to ensure proper crew assignments

Qualifications

The Post Production Manager for Series is responsible for the implementation of Sony Picture Animation's Editorial and Post Production agenda across all series projects. Responsibilities

Directly oversee and manage all Post Production Management personnel for series, including Post Production Supervisors and Post Production Coordinators

Employ Creative Editors & Editorial teams across all shows
Actively collaborate with Post Executives to design and implement departmental standards, guidelines, methodologies, work flows, and best practices for current and upcoming series
