We are looking for a Production Manager with commercial, promo, and digital web series experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Attend weekly departmental meetings and brainstorms as needed
- Create and manage production schedules / calendars for all assigned projects
- On shoots when working with LP, track the budget set by the producer and maintain a working budget through prep and production, liaising with LP throughout
- For smaller shoots and post-only projects, act as the main production lead creating a budget at the pitch phase and manage independently through delivery
- Liaise with the legal teams (including BALA, MML, Standards, PTR) across Paramount for all assigned projects ensuring all agreements, contracts, and releases are created, fully carried out, and stored within digital job folders per Paramount Guidelines
- Oversee all COVID planning, coordinating, and testing, ensuring all COVID protocols are being safely met on set
- Manage vendor relationships and schedule audio mix, Vo record, and color sessions (attend sessions with CD if needed) throughout the span of a project
- Manage travel logistics for talent and crew for travel productions when needed
- Help facilitate vendor setup within Smart/Ariba and create and confirm PO’s for all vendors, VO artists, Talent and crew members as necessary
- Process P-Card and T&E transactions for assigned projects
-Process Payroll through Cast and Crew and EP Payroll Companies
Actualize assigned projects via internal cost reports and accounting systems (Ariba/Concur/Payroll) and maintain organized digital wrap logs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have physical production knowledge as a manager for small and large projects with commercial, promo, digital web series experience
- Has on set production experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, Showbiz, EP and Cast & Crew Payroll
- Knowledge of Ariba, Concur, Airtable, Slack and OneDrive is preferred
- Must be willing to work within a hybrid model and will report into the office and on set when needed
- Must be able to accommodate working production hours, including some evenings and weekends
