Seeking an experienced television Production Manager to oversee a 3-month production period on a documentary series for a major cable channel about the war against ISIS. Cultural sensitivity and an eagerness to solve challenges related to shooting in war zones required! Experience with documentary and productions based in the Middle East a plus.

This is a non-union job, starting early March. Must work out of production company's LA office. Reports to show's Line/Supervising Producer. Responsibilities will include:

- Managing Production Coordinator, Office PA, and Production Accountant
- Liaising with Post Production Supervisor
- Ensuring production stays on budget and on time, in concert with Line/Supervising Producer
- Sourcing and booking crew, equipment, locations, transportation, etc. for domestic and international shoots
- Liaising with insurers, foreign/local production services companies, and security contractors as directed
- Managing legal releases, permissions, NDAs, etc.
- Building wrap books and preparing network deliverables

Responsibilities

Be the leading voice of dubbing production and accessibility assets in the respective dubbing market. This team will manage multiple large-scale dubbing projects (long-form and short-form dubbing as well as accessibility assets) across a wide range of English partners and languages for *** original titles.

Out-Of-Home Adaptations: High-quality and scaleLead, design, implement and operate the ecosystem that brings high-quality scale to the adaptations in LATAM. This includes the management and development of key partnerships, vendors, and suppliers throughout the region.Responsible for the final deliveries in time and manner as well as the quality control of the whole process.

Experience & Skills

10+ of Print Production and/or Project Management experience, with an emphasis on marketing deliverables with distribution across LATAM - Full understanding of what is needed to produce and adapt print materials at scale as well as print models, materials, challenges and demands in LATAM
7+ years of team management experience, with direct report Producers and/or Project Managers. Experience in organizational design within these roles is preferred.
Experience managing high volume programs in parallel, collaborating with diverse, geographically dispersed teams to deliver marketing materials.
Experience developing and rolling out solutions to reduce complexity, level of effort and/or costs for your organization.Experience working with business analysts or analytics teams to measure operational metrics for forward-looking organizational planning.
Technical experience that brings an understanding of the art and print process and the tools to make this happen (Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
