Main Responsibilities:
Secure permits and location agreements
Coordinate crew and gear logistics
Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for cast and crew
Manage Gear freight to each location
Manage day-to-day production operations on location
Problem-solve effectively and proactively with a thoughtful approach for both crew and cast
Collaborate closely with the EIC and Producers
Ensure best practices for safety are adhered to by crew and staff.
Oversee location * appearance Releases ,Create and distribute Call Sheets and Production Reports

Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Production Manager, preferably in Reality TV.
Looking for proven ability to manage a show with heavy travel and fast moving schedule and logistics.
Looking for someone with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills that are presented with a kind demeanor
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Per Diem is paid for travel days / Rate 2200 -2500 commensurate with experience

Looking for experienced reality television production manager to work across a series of small development/pilot shoots. TMZ is looking for an experienced Transmission Coordinator in our Technical Operations Center. The Transmission Coordinator is responsible for playout and monitoring of outgoing shows to multiple distribution partners. Daily duties focus primarily on master control transmission and incoming feeds, media migration, and playlist automation. Our workflow also requires large amounts of regularly-scheduled video routing. This position is located in Playa Vista, CA.

Responsibilities:
• Run primary player and MCR switcher during broadcast playout
• Set up, monitor, and provide technical direction for daily and weekly podcasts
• Rehearse and execute contingency workflows for playout, including playback from edit bays and feeding live from the studio to air
• Interface with downstream fiber and satellite delivery partners
• Perform utility routing and monitoring of audio and video for entire TMZ facility
• Label, start and monitor recordings for incoming feeds and studio productions
• Operate flashcam for live shots to affiliate stations and national news programs
• Test, migrate, and purge items in Dalet asset management/playout system
• Other technical duties, as assigned

Requirements
• 3+ years of television or OTT operations experience
• 1+ year(s) experience working in broadcast control room
• Proficient knowledge of industry standard production and post-production workflows
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Radio/TV or equivalent experience
• Intermediate MS Office skills and ability to learn new software
• Ability to monitor multiple applications in real time

“Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $22.00 - $23.75 per hour. This position is regularly scheduled for a 50-hour work week but scheduled overtime hours are not guaranteed”.
