Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate has a background in production office work and experience with managing PAs, tracking costs, booking cars/hotels, placing orders, and more.
The Coordinator will be in the field on shoot days (which would include travel).
Office / prep work is hybrid but will largely be remote work.
The Coordinator will be expected to report to set, help with orders/runs as needed, and work from home during office hours on non-shoot days. There will be a mix of weekend and weekday filming days.
Coordinator will report to the Production Manager and work in tandem with them and the Line Producer.

Qualifications:

Summary:

Production Management is accountable for the four main project functions of Financial accountability, Process accountability, Schedule/Calendar accountability & Task Completion accountability. The Assistant Production Manager participates in these four main functions at a variety of levels, depending upon the individual project scope/need:

For large-scale/marquee projects (as assigned), this position will provide support of all of these functions, project-wide and/or have shared-accountability for one or more functions within a specific segment/assignment on the project.
For medium-scale projects (as assigned), this position will provide support of all of these functions, project-wide and/or have full-accountability for one or more functions within a specific segment/assignment on the project.
For small-scale projects (as assigned), this position may have full accountability for all combined functions, project wide.

This role will also integrate social *** platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, as well as monitor contributor television & radio appearances and repackage them for OutKick's social platforms. Under the guidance of Producers and talent, you will be engaged in newsgathering and the creation of new, unique elements to illustrate stories. You will be part of a team of live streaming events and broadcasts, posted on both the homepages and social *** platforms. You must have a sense of the brand and a passion for the topic matter. Flexibility in your schedule is vital to this role as you are required to work some holidays and shift your schedule as news breaks. Occasion night and weekend work may be required.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Create show rundowns
Communicate with the producing team and show hosts
Assist with booking shows
Post content on social *** platforms
Write engaging, SEO-friendly headlines for both OutKick.com and OutKick's social *** pages
Produce quote pics and clips for posting on social ***
Monitor live streams and television appearances for use on the OutKick platforms
Use homepage manager and social *** content manager tools
Collaborate and produce photo illustrations and montages
Work closely with editors, producers, and talent
Assist Talent with live stream operations as needed

**** YOU **** NEED

1+ years of digital *** experience
Strong writing skills, ability to operate under pressure
Strong creative judgment and knowledge of current events
A firm grasp of current sports, news, and pop culture events
A desire to be precise, quick, and accurate in presenting the news to the OutKick Audience

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $18.25-25.00 per hour for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
