Production Manager Position

At TCL Studios, we are building a team to create entertainment programs utilizing the latest AI technologies. To achieve this goal, we are recruiting Hollywood professionals with solid TV and film experience.

The AI technologies we utilize evolve on a regular basis. Currently, the workflows are similar to 3D animation, with some motion capture. There is a great deal of visualization to create the look of scenes. The key difference versus 3D animation, is that the tools are easier to use, but much less precise. The environment is fluid.

Production Management:
This is a broad production management role. In general, this person will manage the workflows associated with translating scripts into finished shows. This position will also be responsible for recruiting VFX, animation, visualization and AI talent from the Hollywood professional community --identifying and recruiting experienced, technically savvy pros with some exposure to AI.

Specifically for our productions, the keys roles are:

1. Supervise team in the execution of animated scenes.

Job Description

To understand and be able to communicate Network technical delivery specifications as well as make sure the 3rd party production companies have all insurance, health & safety, and production policies in place.
Act as liaison *** ween 3rd party production companies and all internal Network departments including legal, marketing, the broadcast facility as well as health and safety.
Review and stay on top of production and post production schedules for multiple projects
Review and approve pilot and series wrap bibles, ensuring that all materials are received and accurate
Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on-time and report any issues to senior management
Observe all department and company guidelines

The RoleThe Art & Print Production Manager is the in-house leader and expert in all related to static marketing expression. This person will lead, design, and operate the ecosystem that produces marketing key art, out-of-home, and print campaigns for LATAM. Key Responsabilities

Functional Leadership:Design, implement, lead, and operate a high-performing Art/Print Production ecosystem, dedicated to delivery high-volume, high-quality creative campaigns for multiple marketing verticals/clients.Cross-functional thought leadership with senior leaders in creative, marketing strategy, analytics, and production to drive directional team alignment, innovation, and testing.Responsible for overall team financials, staff planning, and other operational functions. Through collaboration and coordination, manage scope, budget, and overall print production regional resourcesLiaise with internal and external partners to provide functional guidance and industry best-practices on art and print campaign collateral.
Art Finishing:Design, implement and manage the ecosystem that delivers the finishing, production, localization, and servicing of design assets (key art, print adaptations, OOH, digital OOH), ensuring brand, layout, and specs for our marketing and communications teamsThrough high-end expertise, ensure the quality of the final art to its best level.
Out-Of-Home Adaptations: High-quality and scaleLead, design, implement and operate the ecosystem that brings high-quality scale to the adaptations in LATAM. This includes the management and development of key partnerships, vendors, and suppliers throughout the region.Responsible for the final deliveries in time and manner as well as the quality control of the whole process.

Experience & Skills

10+ of Print Production and/or Project Management experience, with an emphasis on marketing deliverables with distribution across LATAM - Full understanding of what is needed to produce and adapt print materials at scale as well as print models, materials, challenges and demands in LATAM
7+ years of team management experience, with direct report Producers and/or Project Managers. Experience in organizational design within these roles is preferred.
Experience managing high volume programs in parallel, collaborating with diverse, geographically dispersed teams to deliver marketing materials.
Experience developing and rolling out solutions to reduce complexity, level of effort and/or costs for your organization.Experience working with business analysts or analytics teams to measure operational metrics for forward-looking organizational planning.
Technical experience that brings an understanding of the art and print process and the tools to make this happen (Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
Art & Design: Previous experience on the finishing process, understanding its key milestones and challenges.
Spanish & English fluency are required (Portuguese is a plus).
