Seeking a Production Manager with experience managing multiple taems in the field from the offices in Los Angeles. Series will have 2 to 3 teams that will often be filming around the United States simultaneously.

This production manager will be responsible for overseeing the field coordinator for each team, as well as giving as much support from the office as possible (Cost tracking, team to team communication, POs/Petty Cash/AMEX reconciliation, Call Sheets, production reports, payroll, start work onboarding, gear tracking/management, travel support, etc).

Our offices are located in Culver City, and the position is expected to be mostly in-office.

Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, communicative, and affable!

Position will start in the middle of July, with all of the principle photography being done in August/September.

Position runs for roughly 8/9 weeks.

All travel expenses covered + per diem for shoots outside of LA. Must work as a local for LA shoots. Will depart for South and East coast approx June 1 and return approx July 3.

Smaller crew show based around houses and interesting items (think American Pickers) where we will likely be working hard and fast while on the road with some prep time in between episodes. One or two weeks of LA prep, two weeks of LA shoots, and then we'll be on the road to other cities. You're jumping in midstream for someone we had who was wonderful but had to leave our lovely band of merry travelers.

This show needs a PC that is borderline spiritual in their commitment to organization and someone that can communicate efficiently and problem solve on-the-fly. Accounting excellence and spreadsheet detail oriented a must. Love it if you also have a sense of humor, but I suppose that one is optional. Your PM and LP have been doing this a long time and tend to try to make this work life something we enjoy and to hire people that work together well and are generally affable.
