Overtime is looking for a multi-talented production expert for the position of Senior Production Manager.

As the leader of Overtime’s production management team, you’ll be responsible for all things logistics, planning, organizing, and executing for Overtime content team. On any given day, you might be bouncing between building budgets, to managing gear requests, to building post-production calendars, to creating schedules, to handling payments for vendors and contractors.

We’re looking for an experienced candidate with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing a variety of productions simultaneously. This position is not for someone who likes the consistency and stability of production managing one show at a time. We are looking for someone who can multi-task and seamlessly bounce between all areas of production management.

-Work closely with Chief Content Officer, Executive Producers, and Head of Content Operations on execution plans against our programming calendar and sales obligations
-Manage production timelines and milestones, accounting for feedback processes and on-deadline delivery for all projects
-Facilitate regular communication, meetings, and status updates to ensure all parties have the most up-to-date information on the content team
-Work cross-functionally across all of Overtime’s verticals
