Looking for a Production Manager with strong office/admin experience to help out for a week or two with a busy production company that has too much going on at the moment.

Ideal candidate is well organize and a problem solver that takes initiative and always looks to improve processes and work flows. Someone great with Google Drive and knows their way around Excel/Google Sheets. Knows the docs and paperwork of production in and out and can work independently.

Job is short term for a week or two. Can be done remote, preference given to east coast/NYC based candidates as we are east coast based. Duties would include:
- Assisting with organizing company Google Drive/Share Drives
- Consolidating templates and documents in to one place
- Cleaning up document templates,
- Updating staff list and vendor list
- Assisting EIC with establish workflows for new series

Position is ideal for someone with extensive office experience but also has knowledge of field. Prior production management experience is required.

Corporate Brand Video team looking for an experienced Production Coordinator or Production Manager (ideally with experience in corporate video, marketing video, events or broadcast tv) for 1+ year contract beginning in June 2024 for maternity cover.

This is a key role to bridge the US team and the local UK team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing television production projects, particularly in the culinary genre in a studio setting.

Need a Field Coordinator in Cleveland Ohio for about a week to help out on a quick run and gun pilot for a reality television series. Need to have working mac laptop and will be paid a kit rental for it. Need to have a few credits on the resume reflecting that you've worked in the field before as a coordinator. This is a very small show, and it'll already be pre prepped, so just mainly need you for production support!

Need a few pa's from anywhere from 2-3 days a week in Cleveland ohio. This is a run and gun restaurant style show shooting. Please have a valid drivers license, but most of what's needed is a field pa who has done a few reality shows in the past. I will provide more details when I reach out to interview.

Looking for a LOCAL experienced Production Assistant in Cleveland, OH. Will be working with a small crew and must work well with others and ideally know the surrounding area. Crew comes into town this day, so will need assistance with crew pickup from the airport, gear pickups, etc.

Rate: $236/12 hour day.

The Production Assistant (PA) assists the Lead Producer of the event with a variety of tasks.

Production Assistant (PA) responsibilities include:
With a professional attitude, handles a variety of tasks including but not limited to: lead producer requests, production set up and strike, running and taping cables, generalized computer work, and runs to assist the production.

General Summary: This position will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day needs of the production.

Essential Functions:
• Operates a company vehicle to transport crew and production equipment to various destinations.
• Assists crew members with loading and unloading of production gear from company vehicles.

• Provides craft services to cast and crew on the production set.
• Collaborates in the collection of expense receipts, releases, and production gear.

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Non union reality show seeking local field coordinator for a one day shoot in the Providence area. Helping facilitate between NY team, and field team the day of schedule. Looking for someone that can communicate well with the field PM and execute whatever task the team needs day of to keep the shoot moving (lunch orders, prop runs, and wrapping end of day smoothly)

Experience with reality, non union shows required- and a possitive attidue as this crew is very nice!
