Looking for a Production Supervisor with verité follow documentary experience. It's important for this role to be able to handle quick, last minute changes as this is a true verité documentary, where plans are consistently being re-adjusted. The shoot schedule is never 100% set in stone; but will be roughly Sept/October through April.

This position is to oversee all field aspects within the day-to-day of our filming.  While reporting to the Line Producer, this position will be in direct contact with all members of the producing team and crew to ensure things on the ground run smoothly.   They will be on the ground in the field for all filming and work closely with the producers and crew.  This will most likely not be filming in Los Angeles, however the location is still TBD.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
-Set up safe & healthy environment
o   Report any misconduct or safety concerns to Line Producer or Company directly.
o   Report any insurance concerns to Line Producer or Company directly.
      
- Oversee all daily logistics for field with coordinator; including but not limited
o   Production Office/Tech Room Set Up
o   Crew & Equipment travel to/from field and daily transportation.
o   Housing
o   Meals
o   Keeping Line Producer informed of any day-to-day changes that incur cost.
o   Keep commutative throughline between field producing team and crew for day to day and in the moment schedule changes.

- Create and Distro Call Sheets, Production Reports with Line Producer approval.
o   Work with Showrunner, Director and/or Field Producer on day-to-day schedules
o   Confirm schedules comply with legal and Company rules.
  
-Oversee tracking and obtaining needed releases for filming such as location, materials, appearance releases, etc.
-Help maintain folders and logistics documents for series google drive to make sure logs, documents, grids, releases are maintained and kept up to date and accurate.
-Work in conjunction with camera and post team to make sure all media needs are met and footage is shipped properly to Dailies house + Company·       
-Work in conjunction with field camera and sound to make sure camera and sound reports are filled out and uploaded to correct folder in a timely manner.·      
-Maintain Crew and Cast list   
-Work in conjunction with Line Producer on any new crew start work.     
-Reconcile in field Amex, Cashet or PC with accounting team as applicable. 
-Obtain and secure permits as applicable.      
-Review timecards for pre-approval.   
-Delegate applicable tasks to Production Coordinator and PA's.

We are a small crew looking for a Production Assistant local to the St. Louis Area. Previous set experience is a must!

Should be knowledgeable about the area and freeways. Must be comfortable going on runs and assisting with crew meals. As well as assisting with different departments on an as-needed basis.

Must provide a valid drivers license & reliable transportation.

Assist with digital marketing content shoot. Possible camera operation, stills / video, mic setup and adjustment, general production assistance. Two hours includes 15-minute setup time.

Lead videographer will direct setup, production, and handle interviewing the guests.

This could lead to becoming the lead videographer on a recurring basis. For that, the candidate will need their own video camera (Sony, Canon, Nikon mirrorless preferred), tripod and 2 lav mic setup.

We have several PA positions available for an upcoming esports event at the Georgia World Congress Center. Responsibilities will include:

-Assisting with the setup and teardown of the backstage area
-Running snacks and meals to crew during broadcast
-Conducting trash sweeps of backstage/Front of House throughout the weekend
-Going on runs (if personal transportation is available)
-Assisting Production Management and the Engineering team with any additional tasks


A personal vehicle is preferred but not required. Experience working live events (particularly in esports or traditional sports) is strongly preferred. A positive attitude and the ability to work proactively is a must.

A talented and experienced member of the WABE’s video team will be responsible for managing WABE Studios productions to ensure compliance with Georgia Film Tax credit rules, during pre-production, production, post-production and audit processes. This individual has previous experience in a fast-paced production
company, broadcast environment, or post-production facility. They are motivated, flexible, highly organized, and can adapt quickly to changing goals and objectives


Accountabilities:
PRODUCTION – Collaborate with the Studios Audio and Video production teams to develop production plans and schedules for tax-credit projects
• Set up the “production office” for each project and oversee the day-to-day operations/paperwork of the studio and field production units
• Handle logistics and coordinate resources, including equipment, locations, and personnel.
• Manage contracts with vendors, suppliers and crew members
• Coordinate onboarding of Production crew payroll with WABE Production Accountant
• Troubleshoot production-related issues and provide timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all departments involved in production. -Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as location owners, to secure and exhibit necessary permits and clearances.
• Manage internal studio bookings.
• Manage crafty and catering services
• Oversee the distribution and archiving of production materials and documentation.
TAX CREDIT COMPLIANCE – Ensure compliance with state, city, and safety regulations throughout the production process.
• Maintain GA Tax Credit One Sheet -Monitor and control production expenditures, keeping accurate records and providing regular financial reports in coordination with the WABE Production Accountant
• Process required paperwork for the GA Film Tax Credit (Day of Days, Producer Daily Narrative, Audit Questionnaire, State Expenditure Report, Call Sheet, Locations, Crew List, Vendor List, Production Stills, etc...) according to state mandated timelines
• Provide required documentation for WABE Production Accountant to create internal cross company invoices -Collaborate with the WABE Production Accountant to track and reconcile expenses, ensuring accurate cost reporting, during production and audit processes.

Knowledge and Skills
• Excellent organization and budgeting skills. Keeping track of a film’s budget and tax credit paperwork is one of the most important jobs a production manager has. · Excellent communication skills. The production manager must communicate and work with producers, the director, studio executives, crew heads as well as local government and authorities.
• Knowledge of film and TV production. The production manager should have a working knowledge of film and TV production beyond their specific job duties as they are required to communicate and coordinate with almost every department on a film set.
• Contacts. Having a working relationship with equipment suppliers and personnel recruiters can help a production manager enormously as they move from job-to-job. When starting a new production, being able to call on the services of people whose abilities you trust will go a long way in helping pre-production planning.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations. Production managers should be well versed in health and safety regulations, insurance, basic human resources issues, contracts, and labor law. Working knowledge of paperwork requirements for GA Film Tax credits.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Collierville, TN.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.
