StudioNow is looking for a contracted 3-month project manager for one of our clients. We are seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires experience managing various client-facing initiatives and operational workflows simultaneously. This candidate should be a team contributor rooted in
creative process, ensuring end-to-end delivery of quality work that is on time and within project scope. Project work will include both global and local multi-channel communication campaigns for both B2B and B2A (Associate) audiences, including a wide variety of deliverables for video, print and digital.
Responsibilities
• Demonstrate an understanding of the client’s needs and expectations and translate into
creative terms/solutions for the team to digest and deliver.
• Drive and participate in brainstorms, kickoff, and follow-up meetings, and create
detailed Creative Briefs and statements of work (SOWs).
• Set-up and maintain projects within project management tracking
system (currently Smartsheet)
• Partner with the Leadership Team on project and resource plans, managing the team
calendar to ensure timely and adequate Traffic and staffing.

Related Work Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience managing creative projects within a creative agency or inhouse
agency with client-facing experience. Successful background in optimizing operational
success, most specifically with regards to resourcing, processes, and software workflows.
