We are looking for a LIVE EVENT PHOTOGRAPHER—ideally someone with 1) extensive experience capturing candids at live events and 2) exposing properly in camera for minimal work in post production.

We are shooting a corporate event at U.S. Bank Stadium — it’s a Gala style event where our key talent will be speaking on stage. We’ll need you to capture candid photos of our key talent and other team members.

This job will take place on MAY 16th between 3pm and 9pm.

Production / Gear Needs:
ideally 2x mirrorless camera bodies that perform well in low light (2x bodies to avoid frequent lens changes)
1x 24-70mm
1x 70-200mm
1x 200-400mm (or something equivalent)
1x monopod for stability for low light during panel discussion

Post Production Needs:
We need high resolution .JPG + RAW files with a natural high contrast “baked in” in-camera color profile.
You will be required to download your media on site prior to wrapping up for the night.
You will not be required to do any additional work after the event :)

Your New Role

Sitting within the Content and Strategy team, *** Planning is responsible for strategically and operationally planning, co-ordinating and evaluating all on-air promotional activity on the UK Portfolio of channel and In Stream on discovery+. Using *** planning, marketing and advertising best practice, the *** planner will help create promotional campaign strategies (including setting campaign weights, target audiences, necessary deliverables and more) to fulfil departmental business objectives.

Your Role Accountabilities

The complete day-to-day *** planning responsibility for several high-profile UK linear channels strategically managing our Owned and Operated airtime.
Translate the full portfolio *** Plan and monthly promotable priorities into individual channel *** Plans and Laydowns.
Develop promotional campaign strategies to launch, grow and sustain our content and viewership, both on our linear channels and our SVOD/AVOD service; discovery+.
Present these promotional campaign plans to the wider business, detailing information on the expected target demographics, reach & frequency goals, and cross promotion strategy.
Develop innovative cross-promotional campaign strategies to maximise campaign effectiveness, audience flow/retention and target different audience profiles across variety of channels.
Schedule promotions using IVT2 broadcasting system; being responsible for the full lifecycle of a campaign from creation to broadcast.
Work as one *** Planning Team alongside the Sports *** Planning team, who are responsible for *** Sports and Eurosport, spotting opportunities for growth for both portfolios.
Liaise with the wider Marketing Department on campaign briefs and the deliverables required.
Work collaboratively with the Creative/Production teams.
Track deliveries of all campaign elements, keeping all relevant stakeholders fully informed, and reacting accordingly.
Create comprehensive and effective Continuity plans that are in line with strategic priorities with an aim to drive our viewers around our schedules and wider portfolio.
Working closely with the Continuity Producer and relevant freelance voice-over artist for each channel, the *** Planner needs to react to Schedule Changes, updating Continuity Grids and priorities accordingly.
Requesting Monthly bugs, bumps and other promotional assets to enhance on air campaign.
Attend all programming meetings pertaining to long term scheduling of the channel's and maintain direct communication with programming planning, presentation scheduling and on-air teams.
Create regular post campaign analysis, working closely with Research/Insights and programming departments to evaluate ratings and audience conversion from promotional campaign, with the aim to track successes and share learnings.
Utilise BARB viewer data to help shape future promotional activity.
Collaborate with the commercial and AdOps team to ensure the promotional campaigns aid and target relevant revenue driving audiences.
Liaise directly with wider Marketing department, including Social and Digital, and Press and PR, to create full 360 promotional campaigns.
Work within a busy *** Planning team, deputise for the *** Planning Manager and assist other members of the *** Planning team as required.

Skills and Experience

Experience in *** Planning or Scheduling, particularly in a broadcast television or *** agency.
Strong attention to detail - the work we do goes directly to air, so it's important that we're accurate.
Knowledge and previous experience of specialist software including IVT2, TechEdge and IBMS preferred.
Good negotiation skills, including experience dealing with Senior Stakeholders across a complex departmental matrix.
An extensive knowledge of and passion for the TV, Broadcast and Entertainment industry.

Your New Role

Talent Acquisition

Helps identify creative solutions and resolves allocation co *** icts when resource or time constraints compromise production schedules.
Provide support for artist transitions, ensuring smooth and timely information flow to the artist.
Supports and encourages ongoing crew assessments and helps create effective feedback mechanisms and development plans.
In collaboration with the Studio's Leadership Team, maintain and update a leadership succession plan and proactively identify new leaders.

Talent Development / Mentorship

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree required and/or 10+ years experience in Animation or related field.
Experience leading end-to-end recruitment cycle from strategy and planning to execution.

The ability to effectively communicate, interact, and partner with Studio and show leadership.
Specialized knowledge of the animation production process, workflows, and familiarity with production environments.

Requisitos:

Trabaja en estrecha colaboracin con el Gerente o Especialista de Data & Insights apoyando el desarrollo de materiales de rendimiento multiplataforma para nuestros socios internos, incluido el anlisis de competidores y las tendencias del mercado. El pasante asistir en varias tareas operativas, como, pero no limitadas a: anlisis de datos, entrega de actualizaciones para informes y preparacin de boletines para socios internos y externos.

Data & Insight abarca diferentes reas de la empresa, como cine, entretenimiento en el hogar, juegos, afiliados, streaming, produccin, marketing y canales lineales. Segn lo indicado por el gerente o especialista asignado, el pasante tendr rutinas especficas y tareas de trabajo.

Tareas diarias:

Desarrollar y mantener informes y anlisis actualizados
Responsable de mantener nuestros informes asignados actualizados para las rutinas comerciales de Ventas Publicitarias, Contenido y Programacin o Inteligencia de Mercado.
Aprender y mejorar eficientemente nuestros procesos actuales de anlisis de datos.
Apoyar al rea asignada en tareas especficas relacionadas con la preparacin de documentos, presentaciones o informes.
Para este puesto, hay rutinas semanales, mensuales y trimestrales de anlisis de nuestra audiencia, mercado, anunciantes y competidores. Sin embargo, D&I trabaja en proyectos especiales, solicitudes ad hoc y preparacin de informacin clave para los principales interesados de la empresa. El pasante tendr la posibilidad de participar en estas tareas especficas de acuerdo con el tiempo disponible de las responsabilidades principales

Requisitos:

Estudiante de Administracin de Empresas, Marketing, Economa o reas relacionadas.
Ser centrado y tener atencin al detalle.
Capacidad para realizar mltiples tareas y cumplir con los plazos en un entorno acelerado.
Buenas habilidades en Microsoft Office (Excel: tablas dinmicas, bsqueda vertical, PowerPoint).
Habilidades especficas para explicar procesos de anlisis y extraccin de informacin relevante.
Mantenerse informado sobre las tendencias y novedades de nuestra industria.
Dominio avanzado del espaol o ingls.
Ser organizado.
