JOB DESCRIPTION: Boston, MA based part-time Stringer/Field Researcher will go to the Boston courthouse to research information contained in pending small claims cases. As a stringer, you will be looking for interesting and compelling small claims cases that our show can produce for daytime television. In some instances, you may need to drive a good distance to and from courts. Driving time is paid for, and mileage is reimbursed. You will need to keep in regular and frequent contact with the Los Angeles home office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain both legal and entertainment experience for your professional resume.

The Researcher position at Nightly News Weekend is a great opportunity to learn and master all of the building blocks of broadcast news, while also gaining experience working on deeply reported and highly produced pieces for air.

As a Researcher, you will work directly with Producers and Senior Producers to help write and assist in the production of original content for Nightly News.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage strong partner relationships
• Collaborate to optimize process and day-to-day functions with key partners to support organic and other promotions across apps, channels, product integrations, etc.
• Assist and support Sr. Director in identifying, implementing, and project managing strategic partner growth opportunities across paid and organic partners
• Support the creation and delivery of presentations for executives, senior leadership, or outside 3rd parties
• Ability to understand and ideate on value propositions to ensure they are properly targeted and/or communicated to the relevant partner market opportunities
• Coordinate with relevant creative teams (internal and 3rd party) to ensure timely delivery of assets
• Partner with Finance, Analytics, and other teams as needed to create purchase orders and provide accurate invoice reconciliation
• Support campaign performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities
• Schedule team meetings as needed, coordinate team calendar
• Other tasks and responsibilities as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree or other relevant experience
• Interest in marketing, distribution, or other relevant/transferable experience
• Ability to build and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Effective communication and presentation skills across all levels
• Experience with project management, and able to balance priorities of several different teams to execute projects in a timely manner
• Interest in developing ability to perform qualitative or quantitative research, data analysis, and leveraging insights to inform strategic initiatives

This is a unique role that would support both *** 's English and Spanish social *** marketing efforts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X! This person would work closely with our Social team, content partners, and Creative team to refine and amplify daily content for all *** socials. They would also be responsible for managing the editorial calendar and content creation for our US Hispanic handle: @SoyPlutoTV. The goal of our @SoyPlutoTV handle is to bring awareness to *** 's en espaol category. We need someone who is entrenched in US Hispanic culture; fluently speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish (as well as English) and can thoughtfully oscillate *** ween the two languages. Responsibilities Include:

Route English & US Hispanic (USH) social *** creative assets and copy to content partners for approval, coordinating with the Creative and Social *** teams to make necessary updates.
Encourage content partners to amplify content coming from the @PlutoTV and @SoyPlutoTV handles.
Schedule all final partner-approved posts through Sprout Social.
Collaborate with the USH marketing and programming teams to plan out the @soyplutotv editorial calendar (handle is live across Meta, TikTok, and X)
Put in creative requests and write copy for posts promoting the content available in *** 's en espaol category.
Tailor the language in creative & copy for specific demographics (i.e. for younger audiences content might be in Spanglish, while content for older audiences might be in all Spanish).
Spearhead all USH community management, engaging with fans in a fun and meaningful way that gives personality to @soyplutotv! (alternating *** ween Spanish, Spanglish, and English where it makes sense).
Stay on top of major pop culture events, trending topics, related news stories, etc.; finding opportunities that may help bring awareness to *** 's en espaol content library.

Qualities / Experience
