Role Purpose:

This position will provide legal support for a wide variety of software and related technology licenses & services and business and product counseling matters for the Direct-to-Consumer business including *** and international projects powered by the *** platform.

Responsibilities:

Independently draft, review, negotiate and interpret a range of contracts and other legal documents, including software and technology licenses for use in connection with the *** ser *** and other Direct to Consumer properties including, for example, the *** and Bravo apps and websites.
