Purpose of the position:

To conduct comprehensive public relations activities for the TTV channel.

Tasks:

• Planning and conducting PR activities for the TTV channel and selected projects from the portfolio of TVN *** Discovery
• Coordinating and developing press materials, announcements and promotional materials
• Co-organization of promotional events, press conferences and other PR activities
• Organizing promotional activities for the TTV channel and taking care of journalists/stars during their implementation
• Participation in marketing projects of TVN *** Discovery in the organization of promotional and public relations activities
• Cooperation with international project teams

Requirements:

• Min. one year of professional experience in a similar position in the *** /television/online industry
• Higher education, preferred majors: journalism, Polish studies, marketing
• Substantive knowledge and practical skills in marketing and public relations. Knowledge of the *** and television market including projects implemented by the TTV station.
• Advanced knowledge of English language - B2/C1
• Advanced knowledge of Polish language - C1
• The so-called light pen

SUMMARY OF POSITION: *** Discovery (WBD) is looking for a Fraud Risk Analyst to join the Global Fraud & Abuse Operations Team to support in detecting and preventing risks across all WBD properties which includes Max "The One to Watch", Discovery+, Harry Potter Studio Tours, DC Universe Infinite, and more. This team is at the forefront of ensuring a seamless and frictionless experience for consumers while protecting the revenue of the business.

As a global unit, we are looking for candidates across our many offices around the world to support in our fight against fraud and abuse 24x7. A successful candidate will have a curious mind, who thinks outside the box, and who enjoys solving complex problems with data. If you have an interest in data analysis, investigations, stopping fraud, and, most importantly, advocating for the consumer, then this role is "The One to Apply".

Job Responsibilities

• You will assist in optimizing risk decisions in the fraud platform by:
• Reviewing and validating the performance of machine learning models.
• Creating and reviewing fraud rules to complement the models or to support business policy rules.
• Providing feedback to the models to continually improve their efficacy.
• You will drive opportunities through data by implementing:
• Anomaly detection alerts to capture potential fraud and abuse faster.
• Pro-active Investigative processes to find fraud and abuse trends that were incorrectly tagged by the model and update the tagging (i.e., false positives and false negatives).
• You will collaborate with teams to drive a one culture mindset, such as:
• Payment Operations on chargeback monitoring and new and existing payment method risks.
• Customer ser *** and ways to improve communications around payment fraud and abuse issues.
• Payment Product and Engineering teams on new feature requests and enhancements.

JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Work Experience

• At least 1+ years of experience in fraud analytics.

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics or other similar discipline or comparable business experience

Knowledge/Skills

• Proficient in SQL.
• Have directly worked with fraud vendors that use machine learning and rules systems.
• Experience in ETL processing and/or Data Visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) is a plus.
• Familiarity with payment industry regulations is a plus.

This multifaceted role provides support to the department heads with projects, analysis, metrics and reporting for the London Technology Hub operations teams which include Production Operations, Broadcast Graphics, Playout, MCR, MAM, Ingest and *** Services and the Paris Broadcast Centre.

Working alongside the department heads you will be responsible for creating and providing performance and reliability reporting, tracking, managing and reporting progress and detail on major projects and broadcast initiatives including new ser *** launches and major sporting events.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, manage and maintain detailed reporting uniform across all teams outlining volumes, throughput, reliability and performance.
• Improve reliability metrics data input across the London and Paris facilities.
• Acting on the data recorded to identify trends in operational performance:
  • Equipment trends, in particular the types of equipment, vendors, etc.
  • Operational trends, in particular identifying process weakness, staff training.
• Own and manage the Operations ser *** level reporting processes.
• Chair meetings to investigate on-air incidents and contribute towards how to mitigate repetition of these issues.
• Actively own and manage the London Technology Hub Technical Facilities Documentation Archive working with the LTH teams to ensure all documentation is kept up to date.
• Contribute to planning and preparation for major sports events on *** , including Premier League, UEFA competitions and PPV events.
• Produce documentation for all *** PPV events, including internal resources and external playout provider contacts.
• Project leader for the integration of new issues tracking database with the aim to get a standard global approach to reporting and incident management.
• Key contributor in ensuring system and process alignment across playout locations
• On behalf of London Operations lead projects and initiatives with focus on successful delivery of projects on time and in budget.
• Create and execute Project Plans and reporting using effective tools to avoid deviation from agreed timelines.
• Regular review of business resilience and disaster recovery procedures to ensure the LTH is appropriately prepared.
• Key contact and partner to the Business Continuity Team for all Sports facilities in London.
• Develop, validate and manage all relevant project support processes and documentation throughout the life of projects (e.g. business cases, technical writing, event plans, status reports, etc.).
• Build and own strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
• Liaise with the internal clients to ensure all reporting is accurate and actions taken where needed.
• Provide and present status reporting to senior levels within the company.
• Assessing of volumes processed in Ingest teams to aid staff planning and study trends
• Assist in the department's execution and implementation of new business plans, launches and initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience of working in a busy, multi-channel transmission environment.
• Knowledge and experience of planning and actioning successful operation of complex live events from an operations standpoint.
• A track record of finding solutions to complex *** workflows, across a range of delivery technologies and platforms.
• Experience of producing Standard Operating Procedures for multiple departments
• Ability to successfully negotiate deadlines and priorities with technical and business stakeholders
• Good understanding of WBD Sports workflows as related to Playout, Ingest, MCR and Commentary
• Strong consultancy skills and a track record working at all levels of an organisation
• Demonstrable ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Demonstrate an organised and procedural approach to their workload and tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven knowledge of data visualisation software such as Power BI, Tableau etc.

Working across the Digital Systems COE, this individual will join a team who manages user provisioning and deprovisioning of all 3rd party accounting software used by production accountants, crew, and studio executives. Systems include but not limited to EP's Smart Suite, C&C's Plus Suite, Digital PO's, the Digital A/P Process, MovieMagic, long term document storage and retention systems Scenechronize and BOX. Manage user credentials in compliance with CSO and SOX. Sets up digital onboarding, digital timecard, and digital repository systems for in-house projects. Your New Role...

*** Discovery Global Consumer Products Inc. seeks an Associate, Global Franchise Management & Marketing department. The Associate will support the Director on the CP business for the DC portfolio. This role is responsible for the day-to-day facilitation of DC brand, franchise and marketing initiatives, including review of marketing submissions and supporting the creation of franchise plans, marketing initiatives and marketing materials. They will also support the Manager and other DC GFMM team members across other projects as directed and needed.

The position requires strong written and verbal communication and comfort in liaising with internal and external parties at various levels, including but not limited to other ****CP departments (Category, Sales/Retail Business Development, Creative, Finance, Legal, Insights, Themed Entertainment, Digital, etc.), WBD Divisions (Franchise Development, WB Pictures, WB Games, WB Animation, DC Publishing and DC *** , etc.), vendors, colleagues around the world, etc.

All communication is done in a professional manner with timely follow-up. Innovative thinking, analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail and strong project management skills are required.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Review, route and approve all licensee and retailer marketing submissions for assigned properties
• Assist in executing franchise strategies and marketing initiatives in support of core franchises and individual properties (e.g. Batman, Superman, etc).
• Develop materials for franchise presentation decks, licensee and retailer pitch decks, sizzle videos, and similar related materials needed to drive the business.
• Assist with acquisition, development, approval and use of Theatrical and TV assets.
• Assist in executing social *** content strategy and calendar across all platforms and develop innovative marketing approaches to delight and engage fans.
• Obtain necessary internal, external and 3rd party approvals (including Legal, Brand Assurance usage rights, and Talent) for all CP driven marketing materials and assets for licensees and promotional partners
• Maintain Brand Assurance guidelines and ensure timely updates and team communication
• Act as first point of contact for product development and brand related questions
• Coordinate outside resources, agencies and vendors, along with associated deadlines.
• Solicit industry and competitive trend information from Sales/Retail, Category, Creative/Product Development and Global Insights teams as well as external data sources
• Collect and submit updates to the Franchise Monthly Newsletter

Other projects and duties may be assigned dependent on business development and needs.

Qualifications & Experience...

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years marketing experience required
• Previous marketing experience required
• Franchise management experience a plus
• 2+ years Entertainment industry experience strongly preferred

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

• Bachelor's degree with coursework in business/marketing strongly preferred

Knowledge/Skills

• A passion for and knowledge of the DC brand and franchises (eg. Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Teen Titans Go! etc.)

Base pay is just one component of *** Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $47,466.00 - $88,150.00 salary per year. Your New Role:

The Mexico City (CDMX) Security Manager, reporting to the LATAM Security Director, will be responsible for the management of the ten contracted guards working in the Mexico City LATAM Security Operations Center. The Security Manager will manage the schedule and day-to-day activities of the contracted guard force at Torre Optima and will respond to the daily security requirements of the Security Operations Center and two Mexico City offices.

This position will oversee the monitoring of the access control and CCTV systems of all the Latin America offices and will train newly onboarded guards how to manage these systems and perform their daily duties, including frequent patrols, monitoring the systems, printing access control cards, and managing security incidents.

Your Role Accountabilities:

• Drive WBD protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with WBD global security requirements.

• Create procedures and processes to ensure efficiency in the SOC.
• Work with Smartsheets to ensure records are constantly updated.
• Maintain shared folder for guards so information is constantly accessible to the guard team and WBD Corporate Security team.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English
• 5+ years managing a Security Operations Center.
• Experience using access control and CCTV systems.
• Experience managing a third-party contract and numerous staff.
• Experience managing security operations, including access card management and guard schedules.
• Positive attitude and dedicated team member willing to work and grow a Security Operations Team.
• Strong office skills, including experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft word programs.

The Role:

The Senior Associate - Content Accounting role will be based in Hyderabad, India and will report directly to the Manager - Record To Report based in India. As a primary responsibility need to work for WBD EMEA/APAC Entities and report to EMEA/APAC Content Accounting Managers/Senior Analyst or above and also works closely with other Business Departments, the broader Finance community, Internal Audit, and external auditors, Tax team, Financial Compliance. This individual will be responsible for making sure that transactional data is entered correctly into WBD content systems ensuring Accounting policies are followed for respective region.

Job Responsibilities:

Daily activities

• Position performs and is responsible for various program accounting duties including maintenance of the content assets register,
• Setting up projects/assets in SAP based on signed agreements, reviewing cost allocation, and ensure all expense profiles and invoicing plans have been set-up correctly in SAP in line with contractual terms and accounting policy,
• Timely processing of contracts in SAP to ensure payments can be made within contractual terms to vendors,
• Responding to vendor queries which would include investigation of invoices and contractual arrangements reflected in SAP,
• Supporting the internal/external audit process by submitting necessary requests
• Ad hoc assignments as required by management

Month end activities

• Supporting Content Accounting team in month end close activities
• Set up and maintain program projects and budgets for programming contracts in SAP, as needed
• Demonstrate and maintain high standards of accountability to deliver superior quality financial information on timely basis to Manager

Controls and Procedures

• Continuous improvement and development of processes, controls, and reporting
• Implement control procedures over the purchases of programme rights
• Support development of systems, tools, and processes to facilitate efficient and accurate analysis
• Ensure SOX compliance and appropriate administration and documentation for the Global Content Accounting function, including liaison with internal and external auditors
• Thorough documentation of controls and processes

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of accountingfor Fixed Assets including capitalization and amortization and implications of those transactions on the BS and P&L
• Attention to details as there will a lot of contracts reading and coding it appropriately in the system so that amortization gets recorded
• Navigating across different content teams to get the information about production budgets, premiere dates as well as making payments for content etc. (i.e. EMEA/APAC programming operations, EMEA/APAC AP Team)

Other requirements

• 2+ years accounting experience, ideally within a large multinational corporation
• Should have at-least B.Com but MBA/MCOM/ CA,CWA (Inter) would be preferred more
• Basic understanding of financial accounting principles of US GAAP/IFRS
• Previous experience in accounting for Fixed Assets will be additional asset
• Candidate needs to be fluent in English as all the work will be performed in this language
• Good communication and interpersonal skills particularly with non-Finance personnel

Principais atividades

• Ajudar a organizar e coordenar eventos para funcionrios, programas de reconhecimento e pesquisas de feedback.
• Trabalhar em conjunto com as comunicaes internas para aprimorar as relaes com os funcionrios e as mensagens da empresa.
• Auxiliar nos processos de integrao de novas contrataes, incluindo atividades de orientao e integrao.
• Contribuir para projetos de gerenciamento de talentos, como gerenciamento de desempenho e programas de pesquisa e desenvolvimento.
• Gerenciamento de dados:
• Responsvel por inserir dados para aes de pessoal, incluindo novas contrataes, transferncias, promoes e rescises de funcionrios. Trabalha em conjunto com P&C Partners, Employee Connection e Payroll para garantir a preciso e a pontualidade da entrada de dados.
• Ajudar a gerenciar as relaes com os funcionrios, respondendo a consultas.
• Registro de novos fornecedores, emisso e controle de pedidos de compra, monitoramento do fluxo de faturas para pagamento.

Qualificaes e experincia

• Cursando Administrao, recursos humanos ou reas relacionadas, com previso de trmino a partir de julho de 2026.

The team focuses on leveraging the latest technology to empower storytelling that reaches users across a diverse set of platforms

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for people management on a team of 4+ engineers, delivering engaging products for our audiences, and setting technical direction. You will provide support for the individuals you manage to advance their careers and give them the valuable feedback they need to grow. You will help identify stretch goals, areas of growth, and opportunities for them to shine within the organization. As a technical leader directly on the team, you will work with cross functional partners and stakeholders on activities such as planning, technical strategy, quality and delivery, with the ultimate goal of delivering products that our customers love.

Our tech stack consists of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, Python, Svelte, Sass, and AWS services However, we will be flexible in our technology choices as we leverage internal services, open-source software, and cloud services.

The Daily

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Contribute to the code & architecture reviews and champion best practices for the organization by defining and evolving engineering standards

• Support the engineers on the team by coaching, setting goals, and providing regular feedback.

• Facilitate team ceremonies - daily stand ups, weekly team meetings, retrospectives, etc.

• Lead or be involved in design, discovery, technical planning, and status discussions within your team, where you'll help set direction and context, and identify any gaps or blockers.

• Be involved in discussions around high level planning, roadmaps, and status with teams across the organization.

• Contribute technically by performing code reviews, providing guidance with implementation, or writing code directly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Direct experience managing and growing engineering team members. 2+ years experience preferred

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience in effectively communicating with a wide range of technical and non-technical job functions within an organization.

• Experience with hiring and onboarding new team members.

• Experience building, testing, shipping, and maintaining highly performant consumer applications that adhere to coding best practices.

• Demonstrated success in working with a team to deliver high quality software in an iterative, predictable, and sustainable way.

• Engineering Requirements:

o Deep industry experience with modern development technologies, and hands-on familiarity with both client and server technology. Have a solid understanding of common software data structures and algorithms

o Work primarily in modern JavaScript, maintaining and developing components

o Experience with AWS; infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform), monitoring tools (CloudWatch, CloudTrail), and CI/CD tools (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy).

o Security first mindset

o Optimize code for performance and scalability

Nice to haves:

• Demonstrated success in rapidly learning new technologies, languages, or frameworks.

• Familiarity with a wide range of languages, frameworks, platforms, and/or SDKs.

• Experience developing CMS platforms preferred

• Some python experience preferred

• Experience with vue.js

• Experience A/B testing
