Job Summary/Description:

- Places a priority on the sale of special inventory, marketing events, and/or production to increase revenue potential.
- Provides management with timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual budget forecasts. Generates any additional station specific reports as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued subscribers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional in-person assistance at our Alton office, addressing inquiries, processing payments, and offering support as needed. Additionally, you will help ensure our long-term success by engaging with current and former subscribers through outbound calls to drive subscription sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Screen, assist, and respond to customer inquiries and requests in person, over the phone, and via email, including payment processing, subscription modifications, and other service-related tasks.
Conduct outbound calls to current and former subscribers, promoting subscription sales and addressing their needs.
Actively participate in regular department and team meetings to stay informed about company updates, best practices, and strategies.
Perform various in-person office tasks, such as mail processing and general clerical work, to ensure the smooth operation of the Alton office.

Qualifications and Skills:
