Looking for a few PA's for Wednesday, June 12th in New York City. We are producing an annual meeting celebrating country music songwriters and artists at Alice Tully Hall.

Call time is approx 10am and wrap by 10pm.

Day Rate: $250/up to 12 hours - non union. Overtime is 1.5 after 12 hours.

Duties: typical PA duties: assist producers and client with their on-set needs, arrange catering/craft service, assist with talent wrangling, assist crew, etc.

Must be local to the area, great attitude, a quick thinker, and willing to help out wherever needed.

- craft/coffee/lunches
- petty cash responsibilities and receipt management
- general crew assistance (load in and out of location)
- assisting Field Producer with releases, greeking, location photos, network photos, etc
- and more

$150 prep/wrap days (6 hrs max)
$250 shoot days (12 hrs max)
*plus mileage for personal car use

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift 50lbs and push 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event and be an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

We are looking for an organized and proactive Assistant Production Office Coordinator (APOC) to join a documentary series. You'll support the Line Producer and Production Manager) in keeping our production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Admin Support: Schedule meetings & keep notes
Document Management: Keep production documents organized and ensure they stay up to date.
Communication: Comfortable with communicating with vendors and permit offices when needed.
Coordination: Create travel itineraries for the crew and assist in preparing call sheets.
Tracking: Track and organize all receipts received by the production team.

Preferences:
Tech-Savvy and comfortable with new software
Eager and willing to learn new skills
Meticulous with a strong attention to detail

Qualifications:
Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication and people skills.
Familiarity with Google Suite

Rate based on the experience and OT eligible
