Overview:

The CSSU Projects Team is part of the *** Sports Production Services & Operations Team and supports CSSU Linear Creative and Content, Design, Multi *** , BR Gaming, and Sales on the production of all pre-produced content and marketing & sales creative elements.

The Projects Team is the glue for CSSU creative development and production - holding everyone accountable to the overarching project goal. This position is responsible for long range planning, keeping up with changing business needs and helping to create strategic workflows to meet the needs of the business. Job Responsibilities:

Project ownership (60%)

Manage projects from start-to-end by defining project scope, developing detailed project plans and milestones, managing production schedules, leading communication, providing status updates, and delivering final assets.
Liaison *** ween various groups touching a project including, but not limited to CSSU creative, multi *** , production, production management, programming, design, business teams, marketing, sales and sponsorship, league, legal,andtalent services.
Create, monitor, and maintain tracking grids/system for all projects.
Main contact for producers/designers to communicate the daily business/project status, as well as the monitoring, tracking, and reporting on project deliverables to ensure project deadlines are on target.
Manage producer schedule for individual projects.

Manage the process of approvals and feedback as well as feedback to Management.

The Production Coordinator creates production information books that contain all relevant operations information including truck, crew and production team contacts, technical requirements, transmission, and facility information. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Freelance Studio Technician is responsible for performing essential duties in the studio during live broadcasts as well as recorded production sessions.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:

Control robotic cameras
Load and operate prompter
Target robotic camera pedestals
Operate ETC lighting board
Floor direct live broadcast and recorded broadcasts
Operate a Jib camera
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Strong general computer skills
Detail oriented
Excellent organizational skills
Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. A degree from a university or college is a plus. Five years of experience in a television station with at least two years working as part of the crew for a live newscast. Steadicam experience is a plus.
