Requirements but not limited to:
• Experience in video production, particularly in creating short-form content for digital platforms is a must.
• See projects from ideation to posting which includes, coordinating with colleagues for best filming dates, filming, editing per platform, editing solo project and being able to edit from previously edited longer form materials, then uploading to platforms.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of CEO/Talents Brand and best practices for platform growth.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of *** Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $58,786.00 - $109,174.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, *** Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
