Hi there,
We will be capturing a third party vendor during an event in Los Angeles, CA, at the BET Fan Fest 2024.
The project requires one half-day shoot (roughly 6 hours) June 26 ,wednesday, capturing student interviews and testimonials
Deliverables (for editor) will include daily event recaps, student interviews, an internXL testimonial video, and a quick turnaround video of a two-day training experience.
Please let me know at your earliest convenience if this is something you are interested in and available for as I will be finalizing the crew by the end of day today.
Preproduction meeting is Tomorrow June 21 at 9am on google meets.
Submissions that are needed:
Sound Recordist- must have experience and be able to pivot quickly.
Minimum gear needed:
- Two wireless mics
- Boom
- Multi Track Recorder/mixer
- expandables
Must be friendly, have own transportation, local to the area, and able to. be prompt and on time.
