Our docu-series is a very straightforward sports documentary format. We will film some interviews, OTF sound-byte moments, walk and talks, athlete practice, training, b-roll, lifestyle verite, etc.

The project is operating on a fixed flat rate budget with a rate of $800/Day (including audio package) for this Local Hire Role. 2 total working days for a Local Hire operating on this fixed budget. The days will be shorter 6-8hrs TBD.

We are filming a group conversation tomorrow afternoon as part of an upcoming education documentary and looking for a sound recordist to help capture audio from various participants. Ideal set up may be a floating boom with select individuals also laved up. Shoot will be in downtown Louisville and last no more than 2 1/2 hours from arrival to wrap. Hello! We have a one-day shoot in San Ramon/Bay Area and we're looking for a sound recordist. You're excellent at your craft and come with references you don't mind us checking, you've got the right gear to lav and/or boom and record individual tracks. And you're super fun to work with! We are, too.

The job is a docustyle corporate where we'll be shooting group interviews of 4-5 people and then b-roll. You'll be in at 8 and out by 6, latest. Camera is a Canon C70, yes we have the XLR adapters. But we'll want your pristine-ish native audio files, too.

This is an all-in, 10 hour day rate including kit (boom, mikes, mixer) and delivery of files.

We are looking for a PRODUCTION SOUND RECORDIST / MIXER—ideally someone with 1) extensive experience capturing sound from the sound engineers running LIVE EVENTS and 2) experience simultaneously boom operating and sound mixing on-the-fly interviews in non-production environments.

We are shooting a corporate event at U.S. Bank Stadium — it’s a Gala style event where our key talent will be speaking on stage. We’ll need you to capture audio from the live event team’s microphones by recording a “line out” feed from the sound board controlled by the on-site live event sound engineers. Our producers will help coordinate this prior to the event so the live event team will be aware of your needs. We ask that you join one email thread with the event’s sound engineer to help streamline this communication.

This job will take place on MAY 16th between 3pm and 9pm.

Production / Gear Needs:
1 professional sound mixer for dialogue
intended to record dialogue from wireless mic kit and/or boom mic from on-the-fly interviews
1 additional sound mixer to record the “line out” feed from live event sound engineer
1 adapter kit + misc. cable kit to receive “line out” feed from live event sound board
we will coordinate with the live event team but please prepare to bring multiple options to receive a “line out” feed (XLR adapters, ¼ inch cables/adapters, etc)
1 wireless lavalier mic kit
ideally an RF-interference free solution as this location will be filled with interference
we have access to 2x DPA 6061s and 1x Tentacle 32-bit Sync-E Recorder if we need additional gear

Post Production Needs:
We will need “polywav” files with each individual audio track isolated for mixing in post production.

Looking for an experienced Sound Mixer for a public television food series we are filming in the Toledo area on May 22nd and 23rd. Depending on your proximity to our locations, mileage will be provided. (All locations are within an approximately 1 hour drive of Toledo.)

We'll be capturing interviews, b-roll and walk and talks using 2x C70s & 1 R5C. Kit must included tentacles to sync up the time code (1 per camera), personal mixing/recording gear, a boom mic/pole and 3 lavs. The rest of the crew will be traveling in, so bonus points if you are able to help us secure a c-stand and some sand bags.

We are looking for a solid Sound Mixer to join our team on May 15th for season 3 of a true crime series for Oxygen.

Filming will consist of an inside, sit-down interview. Audio files will be uploaded immediately after the interview wraps for transcription, as well as offloaded to the physical drive. We will be shooting on two Sony FS7s or comparable Sony cameras - Exact cameras TBC. A Post Bible will be provided upon hire.
