Sound Recordist needed for a 3 part documentary series. $800/ day for up to 8 hours/ per day.

This is two days of sit down interviews. One subject each. Need a LAV and boom. Cameras are Sony FX3 and FX6.

Production: This position is for an A2 during a convention at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix. We will be filming interviews and talking heads with 1-2 people at a time on a closed set.

Looking for a sound person for approximately 4 hour shoot. Part of it is audio during a live stage event, feed from the board, and maybe a lav. Other part is two shot interviews with a hard wired mic that I own. Outdoors, shooting June 23rd.

Applicant must be local to the area as Production does not cover any travel costs or accommodations.

We are looking for a local Sound Mixer to help capture audio for a conference on June 24th.
The day will be about 4-5 hours of work.

Filming of the conference will be held on Monday June 24th from 10am - 12pm.

Audio

Collaborate with the production team to understand the show's audio requirements.
Set up and configure audio recording equipment, including microphones, mixers, and recorders.
Perform equipment checks to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot any issues.
Determine the most effective placement of microphones on cast members, ensuring clear and high-quality audio capture.
Adjust microphone levels to account for variations in voice volume.
Monitor live audio feeds during filming to detect and address any technical issues promptly.
Use headphones to assess the quality of the recorded audio in real-time.
Mix and balance audio levels between different microphones to create a cohesive and natural sound.
Maintain clear communication with the FP and production team regarding audio requirements and potential challenges.
Coordinate with other crew members to ensure a seamless integration of audio with video production.
Record high-quality audio tracks during filming, ensuring that all relevant audio is captured.
Ensure that audio recording practices comply with industry standards and regulations.
Hand off audio files to PM and/or Media Manager to ensure files are dropped on to hard drives safely.

Looking for a local Sound Mixer able to work in Whitefish, MT. We're planning to film with the musicians, likely at their house, and we'll want to have someone there to make sure we get really good audio.

Rate $650/12 + $400/kit
