The Stage Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of stage operations during events, including coordinating with talent, crew, and production staff to ensure smooth and efficient stage activities. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. The Stage Manager will work closely with the Producers and Show Caller and other production staff to ensure the successful execution of all stage-related activities.

• Stage Coordination: Oversee all stage operations, including setup, rehearsals, and live performances, ensuring all activities run smoothly and on schedule.
• Talent Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for performers and speakers, ensuring they are informed of their schedules, cues, and any changes.
• Crew Supervision: Lead and manage the stage crew, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with the technical team to ensure all sound, lighting, and audiovisual elements are properly set up and functioning.
• Cue Management: Develop and manage cue sheets, ensuring all cues are executed accurately and on time during performances.

Broadcast Management Group is seeking a contract production manager for eight weeks starting September 16, 2024. The person must have experience with live broadcast production, touring, travel, and crewing. This position would handle all advance logistics, travel arrangements for trucks and crew, and on-site logistics for each event. This position will manage the project budget and budget reconciliation. The position could lead to a longer-term position. Intensive travel for the last four weeks of the project—knowledge of Smartsheets, Google Docs, and other production management software a plus.

We're looking for a couple of good vibes, team players to join our production operation for a 4-day shoot in the Ozarks.

You would be assisting in meal pickups, helping load in/out, transporting crew in our production vehicles and other general PA duties.

You would be working the PM Shift.

We are a full-service entertainment and production company looking for event staff / game attendants to load in/out and interact with guests for an upcoming event. Must be friendly and outgoing! Please be able to stand for the entire shift and lift/push 50 - 75lbs. You will be helping load in/out the event, and act as an attendant making sure guests are having fun and are not misusing the equipment. All supplies will be provided by the company.

Set-up Uniform: Black athletic wear is fine -- black shirt, pants, shoes, socks.

Event Uniform: Black button up shirt, black pants, a belt, black shoes and socks.

Short Term Reliable Production Assistant needed for reality shoot in Collierville, TN.

Responsibilities include helping the crew load and unload equipment, assisting with appearance releases, lunch/crafty runs, and being of general assistance to the Producer on set. Must be able to lift 45-50 lbs. Previous experience preferred.

Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record. We cover local mileage reimbursement, but do not cover travel or accommodations.

The rate is $22.50 an hour based on a 10 hour day. $225 for the day if you work 10 hours or under 10 hours. Additional pay after 10 hours. The meal is off the clock. We provide the meal.

Looking for a Production Assistant to work a 3 day shoot from Thursday, September 19 to Saturday, September 21 in the Norman, OK area. This is a reality style documentary shoot with occasional interviews. The crew will have a small footprint. Need a PA that is comfortable driving a minivan, crafty shopping, ordering lunch, lifting 50lbs, and has a positive attitude.

Do you have experience with filming sports?

The ideal candidate has experience on run and gun style documentaries/comfortable working in all indoor and outdoor environments.

PA: $250/12

We are looking for someone to help out on set for September 13 and 14th, in Nashville, TN and Lexington, TN respectively. Duties will include scanning some media with a scanner, getting lunch, helping to move gear, etc. Driving will be involved, and it is preferred for you to have your own vehicle (we will pay mileage).

$250 day rate, lunch covered and mileage.
