We are seeking is seeking a Stagehand who will be responsible for ensuring the success of show and event productions by performing the technical aspects related to the show(s) production

Job Expectations
* Performs the Load-in & out of band equipment and rental equipment
* Cabling; assist audio, video & lighting crew as directed
* Band Set changes
* Ensure that members of the Band(s) have the required items needed to perform the show(s).
* Assist lighting & Audio crew as directed by Stage Manager or PM;
* Maintenance and Repair of Sound, Light, and Stage Equipment
* Maintain and secure House Backline and supplies
* Maintain curtains, drapes, risers, and other staging items
* Assist audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.
* Assist video crew with monitors, switcher, cables, etc.
* Assist lighting crew with fixtures, lambs, gels, cabling, etc.
* Operate and care for stage areas in a safe, clean manner
* Assist with any Special Events operations

Essential Requirements
* 1 year minimum Stage Production experience.
* Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems, and basic video systems
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Must be able to move up to 75lbs using proper lifting techniques
* Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
* High School Diploma

A strong working knowledge of television lighting, especially etc (Electronic Theater Controls) EOS and Ion consoles.

Be required to occasionally travel to remote locations, when needed, to create lighting setups for NewsNation productions.

Excellent communication skills a must.

Job Description

*** Universal is looking for an Automotive Fleet Ser *** Technician to join the Studio Operations team in Doraville, GA. In this role, you will support the repairs and maintenance of all on-lot vehicles which includes largely rentable production assets and a small fleet of golf carts. Work closely with the Manager of Transportation, Transportation Scheduler, and broader Transportation team for billing, outsourcing, and scheduling with production

The ideal candidate will combine highly refined organizational skills along with the ability to coordinate communications with station staff. You will work closely with the station's President & General Manager as well as other executives at the station while also managing the station administrative assistant. The candidate has the ability to work well in supporting a dynamic and fast-paced organization and managing multiple tasks and co *** icting priorities, with accuracy, flexibility, and attention to detail. Responsibilities:

Support 11Alive's President and General Manager with managing schedules, calendaring, organizing external and internal meetings, taking and distributing notes, reservations and other duties as assigned.
Act as supervisor for the station administrative assistant.
Schedule and coordinate on-site meetings which may include handling presentation logistics, including room reservations, A/V equipment and physical handouts.
Plan and coordinate station events and parties, including ordering meals and catering.
Assist with coordinating travel and accommodations for station executives, visiting job candidates and corporate guests as well as for any emergency lodging for staff.
Prepare and submit expense reports and travel arrangements.
Manage travel card in Oracle and monthly purchasing card transactions.
Act as project manager for the "Culture Committee" to create employee engagement through company events & initiatives.
Manage and work with station's administrative assistant to order and manage office supplies, badges, and business cards as needed.
Work with administrative assistant to help onboard new employees, including preparing I-9 documents and photo ID badges.
Manage executive kitchen, conference room and storage closet including organizing supplies and making sure spaces are tidy and well kept.
Understand and anticipate the needs of different departments and support each effectively, as assigned by general manager.

Requirements:

BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
3-5 years' experience providing administrative support to a medium-sized organization.
Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the technical aptitude to learn new systems.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter needing little supervision, demonstrate consistent follow-through, judgment and time management skills.
