As the Operations Manager, your focus is on maintaining and expanding the infrastructure of the research team's daily operations. The base salary compensation range for this role is $45,600 - $50,400 in the form of a 'guarantee'. Once the position passes 4-6 months of employment, the position will be paid based on commissions, which are 10-17% of sales the employee closes that meet the definition of 'earned'. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
