- Records and maintains a time log for all rehearsals and takes.
- Informs the Director of any scheduled scenes on the shoot list that were omitted or incomplete at the close of each day and ensures the missing scenes are included in the shooting schedule for the following day.
- Monitors and keeps all actors informed/updated on plot development to ensure continuity of acting for the dramatic situation.
- Creates a daily production report that demonstrates total shooting time, each scene type, call time, lunch hour, wrap hour, incidents during the shoot, and incomplete/pending scheduled scenes.
- Responsible for the transportation and return of daily tapes used for each shoot.
- Prepares a final draft of the shooting script, includes all script notes, take records, scene changes, sketches, photos, comments, additions, omissions, and deletions, and delivers it to Director, General Producer, and Editors.
- Ensures that all work is done under the technical guidelines and operations procedures of *** *** ' infrastructure and adheres to EHS/OSHA regulations and procedures.

Job Description
The Noticiero Writer is responsible for outlining and polishing the written content for the on-air show during tapings. The Noticiero Writer is responsible for supporting the cases with accurate information of other related stories occurring around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Assists producers in all aspects of the production of daily newscasts with a focus on writing
- Writes stories as assigned by producers, including readers, voice-overs, vo/sots, and anchor packages
- Applies solid news judgment while researching a variety of news sources and materials for stories and graphics creation
- Identifies and utilizes best video and sound bites for the stories assigned
- Works with the editors to maximize use of video and ensure accuracy
- Assists producers and reporters with research, creation of graphics and all aspects of final production (banners, supers, etc.)
- Works under the direct supervision of the Managing Editor and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of news writing experience
- Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience with iNews
Desired Characteristics:
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dead-line driven environment
- Exhibits excellent knowledge of Spanish grammar
- Accustomed to working in a team and collaborating with all levels within the organization
- Proven solid writing skills and editorial judgment
- Proven excellent interpersonal skills combined with a strong sense of how to visually tell a compelling story desired
