Qualifications & Experience...

12+ years of product management experience.
Being able to craft concise and customer-centric PR/FAQs, PRDs, and product vision documents while creating a compelling narrative is essential.
Experience launching and developing products and features for a global audience.
Experience deploying AI/ML driven features and measuring efficacy of these features.
Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and present to stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with a major in Television or Film production (from a four-year college or university or two to five years of related experience (e.g., SVOD, a television network, network affiliate, major film studio, production company or advertising agency) and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a creative marketing background with extensive experience in short-form production. Experience in broadcast, cable, and/or streaming preferred.
Supervising and scheduling production personnel is critical. A proven technical background in post-production is key!
Must have a thorough knowledge of editing, audio mixing, *** file formats, animated graphics, and miscellaneous equipment used in typical day-to-day post-production. Understanding of file-based post-production workflows is required.
Mac and Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, database systems, and general word processing. Adobe *** Encoder experience preferred.

Summary

The Project Mechanical Engineer II is assigned to project teams to provide technical direction and engineering vendor management on upgrades to existing attractions. Duties include technical leadership and subject matter expertise in a variety of Ride and Show system disciplines, auditing of third party design and engineering, execution of on- and off-site acceptance test procedures, and ownership of project documentation compliance.

The Project Mechanical Engineer II is responsible for ensuring all project work conforms with ASTM F24 Committee guidelines and compliant with applicable codes, regulations and standards including: AISC, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, AWS, JIC, NEC, and OSHA, among others. They may also provide guidance and oversight on these standards for the other Ride and Show Programs (RSP) team members.

Prepare Signage design information and documentation.
Provide design documentation in the form of illustrations, photographs, scaled images, research, and documentation on assigned projects.
Perform several basic technical tasks and documentation including plotting elevations, locating signs, and reading and plotting floor plans and area development plans.
Make daily decisions on a scope of work with guidance from the Lead Graphic Designer.
Communicate and coordinate with others in the department and as part of a larger, multidiscipline project team.
Could act as Graphic Design Representative at project team meetings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of experience in Environmental Graphic design practice.
Knowledge of Sign Code requirements for facilities and Theme Park applications.
Demonstrated thoughtful design and artistic skills in solving architectural graphic design challenges.
Experience in Creative Suite 6 or digital illustration tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Publisher, In Design, Sketch-up and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of Architectural Graphic Design and sign construction techniques.
Knowledge of programming Architectural Signage for different applications (cruise ships, hotels, restaurants, retail, museums, parking facilities, etc.).
Knowledge of Wayfinding systems and programming.
Knowledge of all phases of a sign design program.
Preferred knowledge in related areas: Architecture, Interior Design, and Area Development.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited program

About The Role
We're looking for a Product Designer to help design the platform that runs *** +, *** , *** + and Star+. The design challenge will be to build beautifully-designed applications that make our internal teams more agile, informed and efficient. We believe that well-designed tools do more than make our jobs *** ter, they change how we look at the world. The conversation moves from, "How can we do this?" to "What else can we do?"

• Build sustainable and scalable solutions by using and contributing to our design systems.
