The Onsite Talent Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all talent-related activities during the event. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Onsite Production Coordinator will work closely with the Associate Producer, talent, and various production departments to ensure the smooth execution of all talent-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Coordination: Manage all onsite aspects of talent engagement, including ensuring all rider requirements are met and addressing last-minute changes or requests.
• Scheduling: Implement and maintain detailed schedules for talent, including rehearsals, performances, and media appearances.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for talent and their representatives, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the event day.
• Logistics: Coordinate transportation, lodging check-ins, and hospitality for talent, ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.
• On-Site Management: Oversee talent check-in, dressing room arrangements, stage timing, and ensure all talent is where they need to be when they need to be there.
• Compliance: Ensure all contractual obligations and industry regulations are adhered to during the event, including insurance and union requirements.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise with talent promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive relationship with all parties involved.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all talent-related activities and expenses during the event.

We are seeking a Production Assistant who can pivotally assist the advertising team during the production of a Santa Ana Star advertisement. This individual will work collaboratively with the production crew to ensure a seamless and efficient production process.

This shoot is an overnight shoot.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with talent one on one to ensure the production runs smoothly.

- Assist in setting up and breaking down the equipment, props, and set pieces required for the advertisement shoot.

- Support the production team in various tasks such as organizing, loading, unloading, and transporting equipment to and from the shooting location.

- Provide on-site assistance during the shoot to ensure smooth operations and facilitate the needs of the production team.

- Collaborate closely with different departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination throughout the production process.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a similar role within the film, advertising, or production industry is preferred.

- Availability to work during the specified dates and hours.

- Access to reliable transportation, with the potential for a field stipend of $50 if travel is required.

The right candidate is super organized, has great time management skills and can keep up with a tight schedule getting contestants through hair/makeup, wardrobe, and run throughs before they appear on stage. Filming is for two weeks at the end of October.

• This role will assist the floor managers and talent producer in making sure that multiple executives are making it to the venue with everything they need. Then ensuring that they make it through HMU and onto the stage according to the schedule.
• Its crucial that this role is able to communicate effectively between the floor manager team and the talent team, especially when last minute changes occur in a live show.

Looking for a Talent Assistant for a reality competition series filming in Las Vegas, NV. This person must be highly organized, possess great communication skills, be thick-skinned, and be able to juggle multiple tasks at once. Previous Talent Assistant experience is not a requirement but is HIGHLY encouraged. The rate is $1500 / week and the dates range from 9/18/24 - 10/6/24. Lastly, this position is for LOCALS ONLY so please do not apply for this position if you are not local to Las Vegas or can't work as a local in Las Vegas.
