We are looking for a self-motivated video production manager to support our sales and marketing effort. Alliance Designer Products is based in Montreal, Canada.
Job Summary
Our Video Production Manager will be an integral part of our sales and marketing approach. This manager will be responsible for integrating video into our existing sales and marketing programs including social media, training (virtual and traditional), sales presentations, web, etc. This is an opportunity to be, and potentially build, a video department for an international manufacturer with current reach throughout North America and Europe, with additional expansion plans. The company is currently building a new production studio in Southern NJ.
Responsibilities
Develop a strategic annual plan that incorporates:
Off-season contractor training (virtual and traditional hands-on and PowerPoint)
In-season contractor field training
Social media - short, promotional video and longer training videos
VLogging on corporate website
In-season sales promotional (product driven and sales programs)
Incorporate multiple languages into strategy - minimally the following:
English, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian
Oversee video production for off-season virtual training programs
Develop promotional product videos and training videos - strategy and execution
Planning, filming, editing and assist marketing and promotion of videos
Support sales staff with contractor training video and educational needs
Studio management - planning, equipment inventory, infrastructure
Visit job sites - film, edit and produce short videos featuring products, client partnerships etc.
Ensure all videos meet corporate branding guidelines
Assist planning and execution of company YouTube channel
Help develop strategies to increase Subscriber base
Requirements
4-year degree in the field or equivalent experience
Understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals
Advanced video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
Advanced understanding of social media and YouTube platforms
Advanced of camera, lighting and audio technology
Strong verbal and written communication skills and business acumen
50% travel - filming, national trade shows and corporate meetings
Must have passport and able to travel to Canada
Must own reliable vehicle for travel and transport product samples
Must have valid driver’s license, registration and proof of insurance
Bi-lingual English-Spanish, English-French a plus
Ideal location for candidate would live in South/Central NJ or Philadelphia.
This is a FULL time position with salary and benefits.
Physical Requirements
Must be physically and mentally able to work 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday and occasional weekend travel/work
Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs
