We seeking a production team of two, including a Lead Videographer and a Second Shooter, to join us in creating high-quality content for a medical aesthetic client.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

- Photo samples should include portraits, product shots, and images of medical practices (e.g., patient/doctor interactions or treatments).

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of our team, you will be instrumental in capturing video and photo content for promotional ads on various digital platforms, including social media and company websites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with our client to understand their vision and requirements.
- Conducting scripted interviews with two-camera setups.
- Capturing captivating still shots for marketing campaigns.
- Filming b-roll footage from multiple angles to showcase non-invasive medical treatments.
QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Experience setting up two-camera interviews.
- Proficiency in capturing still shots that align with marketing goals.
- Skill in filming engaging b-roll footage.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Production days typically range from 5-8 hours, depending on the project scope and treatment focus.
- You will work closely with a remote Producer who will be streaming for the first half of the day.
- Pre-production materials will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared for the shoot.
GEAR REQUIREMENTS
- Cam A: Preferably a Sony digital camera
- Cam B: Another camera that can also produce high-quality photos
- 24-50mm f/1.4 lens: Preferably a prime lens for interviews
- 24-70mm lens: For capturing b-roll footage
- 16-35mm lens: For office coverage (preferred but not required)
- 2 Tripods
- Teleprompter
- Laptop: Preferably an Apple MacBook, but not required for broadcasting live footage
- Computer/Laptop: For uploading content to a hard drive and shipping it to our office in Austin, Texas
- Audio: Preferably a lavalier (LAV) system
- Continuous lighting: For 1-subject interviews and treatments (if necessary)

COMPENSATION
If both creators are coming on individually:
- Lead Videographer Rate: $550/8 hours + $500/kit + up to $50 for food
- 2nd Shooter Rate: $450/8 hours + up to $50 for food
- Additional Compensation: $100 travel day fee + gas reimbursement for contractors driving over 2 hours (one way) from their home to the shoot location
If you are coming on as a company:
- Day Rate: $1000/8 hours (for both creators)
- Overtime: $187.50 per hour
- Meal Reimbursement: Up to $100 per day
- Equipment Rate: $500 per day
- Additional Compensation: $200 travel day rate and gas reimbursement if traveling over 2 hours (one way) from residence to filming location.
