We are a boutique ad agency in El Segundo. One of our main clients, a globally recognized brand, is looking to us to do a VFX-heavy campaign. It will be live-action footage shot against a green screen, filled out with animated and integrated backgrounds + animated and integrated overlays. The final piece is fun, colorful, and youthful!

We are looking for a VFX producer to oversee the creative and workflow for our team of animators and compositors. We are hoping for this person to work at the office at least 3 days a week to make sure we keep pace with the clients needs. We are a small team that is fully vaccinated and we sanitize the office regularly. This can be negotiated for the right candidate, but that is our goal!

We'll plan on a phone call with the right candidates as a next step to answer any additional questions about the position. Pay is $600/day but we are negotiable there as well.

Responsibilities:

The Graphic Designer's primary responsibility will be to generate creative and dynamic graphics for our newscasts, social *** , and sales presentations. The Graphic Designer will also provide graphics for commercial production and promotions.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience of creating graphics for a news or similar organization.
Applicants should be well skilled in Adobe Creative Suite - primarily Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator.
Prior experience in Cinema 4D would be helpful.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to team members and partners.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to ensure high-quality and polished graphic deliverables.

Hiring Salary Range: $60,000.00 - 70,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
