"Runner Ups" is an upcoming digital series that follows three high school students from different backgrounds as they struggle to find themselves. Tony, a frustrated and misunderstood athlete that grapples with his newfound diagnosis of dyslexia, Steph, an emotionally intelligent young woman with cerebral palsy struggling to be heard, and Emma, a popular young woman stretched too thin trying to hold onto her twin brother as he embarks in a new direction.

We like to work with a small, dedicated crew and are hoping to find someone to bring talent and a good attitude to an experienced indie crew.

5 day weeks, shooting June 2nd to 30th. 10 days of prep.

We are seeking a creative and resourceful Costume Designer to join our team for an upcoming independent film. This is a unique opportunity for an individual passionate about storytelling through apparel, to bring characters to life in a visually compelling manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in costume design , with a keen ability to work within budget constraints and source materials creatively. This role requires collaboration with the director and actors to develop and execute a cohesive visual style that enhances the narrative and character development of the film.

As this is a low-budget independent project, we are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment and is adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently. The Costume Designer will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of costume production from concept to final on-screen appearance, including sewing, alterations, and on-set adjustments. This position offers the chance to be intimately involved in the filmmaking process and to make a significant impact on the look and feel of the film. Candidates with a portfolio demonstrating previous work in a feature film(s) will be given preference.

Basic Qualifications:

Shift duty is required (9 Hours per day, earliest shift starts 7:00am, latest shift ends 10:30pm)
1 year of relevant working experience
