We need a wardrobe stylist for a photography shoot with A&M in College Station, Texas. There will be compensation for 2 days: 1 prep and 1 shoot day.

We'll be photographing a promo shoot for the A&M conference center with 8 talent to showcase their event space and dining options.

Independently financed ultra low budget production

Position:
Costumer & Production Designer (SMU wouldn’t let me include both in title). This position will primarily be focused on costuming but will also involve production/set design, however, 98% of the film takes place at one location (lake house) that the director is generally satisfied with as is. Can offer some PA support. Producers and AD team can also assist with prop tracking. No blood/special fx continuity tracking necessary.

Scope of Project:
Cast of 7 (but only ever 5 at a time at most) at a lake house, all but two scenes in same location; Set in summer, present day, all female cast (except one scene). Can share script and mood board.

Who We are:
We are a small, independently financed production company seeking a Costumer & Production Designer for our upcoming Ultra Low Budget horror/psychological thriller feature. This will be this team's second feature together, our director’s 9th.

Who We Are Looking For:
Someone who enjoys working with a small team, good attitude, creative eye who would like to own the aesthetic of the film.

Dates:
Tech Scout: 8/6 4-8pm
Prep Dates: 8/5 - 8/16
Shooting Dates: 8/18 - 9/6 (5 day weeks with either Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun dark, pending locked schedule); Will consist of splits & overnights.

What We Can Offer:
$250/12. 1 Courtesy meal and 1 Catered meal per shoot day. Can provide housing which will entail a private room in a shared house with kitchen (shared bathroom) very close to set. $59/ Dark Day Per Diem. Ideally looking for someone from the tri state area with access to a car for shopping.
Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate. Payroll will be through Wrapbook.

Costume Designer

Seeking a meticulous and creative Costume Designer to join our production team for a TV pilot filming for 2 weeks in the Chicago area. Filming is scheduled between the end of August through early September. This is approximately a four-week commitment that includes prep, 11, 12-hour shoot days, and wrap.

The ideal candidate will oversee costumes, ensuring the continuity and visual integrity of all costume items on set.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with producers and directors to ideate and define wardrobe requirements.
- Researching character profiles, materials, and translation styles.
- Preparing initial costume research, and wardrobe concepts for presentation.
- Presenting final costume designs, costume plots, and samples for feedback.
- Implementing modifications to the wardrobe for final approval.
- Coordinating the rental of garments.
- Participating in wardrobe fittings and production dress rehearsals.
- Performing fittings, adjustments, and final touches on set.
- Ensuring the continuity and visual integrity of all costume items on set.
- Managing the project timelines, fitting schedules, and budgets.

Requirements:
- Strong portfolio of previous work.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a costume designer.
- Strong research and interpretation skills
- Good knowledge of design principles, techniques, and translation styles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills.
- Works well with talent.

Flat rate $7k inclusive of prep, shoot, and wrap days. Does not include purchases/rentals.

Non-Union feature film seeking upstate based Costumes lead for 22 day shoot commencing July 8th. We will be shooting until Aug. 12. The shoot will be in Delaware County, NY. Ideally you are local (within 45 minutes) to the area and willing to commute. This film only has 3 talent who don't all work everyday so you would be a one person department. Previous feature experience is ideal. $350/12hr, non union.
