4K is a technology startup that is backed by many of the most influential venture capital firms and angel investors. 4K’s mission is to digitize collectibles through a decentralized, scalable, and permission-less peer-to-peer protocol and marketplace. Our goal is to tokenize the estimated $370 Billion Collectibles Market by creating a Web3 infrastructure protocol & platform for emerging alternative investment assets.
For something to be a true industry disruptor, it can’t be just two or three times better than what already exists. It has to be ten to a hundred times better. By curating our investable products, reducing friction for buyers and sellers, and reducing costs by 90-95%, we are building the marketplace of the future.

**Your Missions**
- Work with founding team to clearly articulate the vision for 4K to various audiences (e.g. luxury good collectors, blockchain technologists, investors)
- Work with PR/marketing team to develop content communication strategy for how, where, and when to share the 4K vision with each audience
- Ensure that our videographer and editor have all the information they need to efficiently film and produce 4K's educational mini-series, thought-leader interviews, and product promotional videos
- Oversee the production of video content
- Generate content ideas, sometimes accompanied by mood board
- Write clear, thoughtful, education, badass, and inspiring copy
- Willing and able to travel to capture content when necessary (we will be attending conferences and festivals around the world)
- Remain current on all aspects of blockchain trends and other industry information
- Meet deadlines and be flexible to iterate when necessary
- Regularly look for opportunities to improve 4K's storytelling
- Over time, build out 4K's production team to ensure that we have top talent helping us remain the highest-quality video content creator in the blockchain space
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Production, Communications, and/or a similar discipline (an Associate’s degree is also acceptable)
- Extensive experience working in the film industry (hard minimum of 2 years)
- Grit
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to be the best (no job is too small)
- The ability to work long hours
- Live in Los Angeles (or willingness to spend significant time away from home)
- A passion for film and excellent eye for detail
- Experience with crypto and/or strong desire to learn
