JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:

This position reports to the Executive *** President of Programming and will assist in the acquisition of television shows and the creation of programming schedules for 29 broadcast television stations, in markets covering nearly 40 percent of the country. This role has responsibilities that touch all facets of the *** Television Stations' daily business, which entails fostering close working relationships with individuals in the legal, finance, public relations, and engineering departments, as well as members from each of the broadcast stations individually. This role will be expected to pull accurate Nielsen ratings for various newscasts and broadcast/syndicated programming and provide detailed analysis of the data to senior executive staff members. This position will also attend pitch meetings with program distributors and be expected to offer insight/opinions, as well as build relationships with all program distributors. Other duties as deemed necessary and appropriate.

Requirements:

Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum 5-years of experience in the television industry. Practical experience analyzing and pulling Nielsen ratings, particularly with **** A Plus, is essential to the role. Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft platforms such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, and a familiarity with Salesforce. How you'll make an impact:

The Senior Director is a key role within the Subscription Planning and Analysis team and will be directly responsible for trial start and conversion rate forecasts which drive critical goals for the company.

What you'll do:

The role requires significant collaboration with various cross-functional teams and provides key inputs for subscriber, revenue, and expense forecasts. This role will be responsible for maintaining and supporting 24x7x365 high availability storage environments for *** Universal. You will provide support for all operational-based changes for all supported applications. You will also be q point of escalation for any major impacting incidents where storage support is needed and would manage until resolution.

Essential Functions:

Support all storage technologies and process lifecycles in the *** U enterprise, specifically file, block, tape, and object storage systems - both on-prem and cloud
Provide level 2 support to MSP teams who are tasked with maintaining some of these systems including 24x7 on-call support

The Analytics Architect is responsible for driving digital strategy by implementing data capture solutions for Nexstar *** 's hundreds of websites and mobile apps.
