**** YOU'LL DO:
- Provide desktop support for local users to include workstations, laptops, printers, and copiers.
- Gather feedback from end users regarding system performance
- Provide effective levels of support and guidance to employees regarding the use of systems and technologies available on network
- Provide ad *** and technical training to users
- Maintain voice, data and video systems
- Notify appropriate management when users or organization is negatively impacted by voice, data, or video systems issues and recommend possible solutions
- Research and evaluate new technologies, make recommendations as required
- Keep current with technology development, trends, and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance
- Respond to technology requests and issues in a timely manner
**** YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of general IT experience
- Basic knowledge of networks, business and publishing systems and production systems
**** YOU'LL BRING:
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical materials
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
