We are SlidesLive, a young company focusing on conference recording and we are looking for new videographers in Washington, D.C. who are skilled with a camera and ideally have their own equipment.

We offer long-term cooperation to videographers who learn our workflow.

A 1-2 day documentary shoot for a California based organization called Hope the Mission. The documentary will follow the founders on their 3500 mile bike ride across the country to raise awareness and funds to combat the homeless crisis!

The shoot will be a half day from approximately 2pm-6pm with a series of straight forward interviews and b roll with individuals, service providers and elected officials.

The job is for a charitable organization so everyone that is engaged on the project are all making the same day rate.

Applicant to submit Deal Memo and W-9 and Invoice. Payment schedules are the 1st and 15th of each month.
The organization can also offer a tax write-off.

Looking for a set PA for a Comedy Special. This is a one day wonder stage show with long hours.
Experience preferred.

In search of a local PA in DC to assist the DP with camera, lighting, sound and other production tasks. Hours are 8-5 on May 22. Flat rate of $300, no additional reimbursement.

- Must be proficient in Avid Media composer
- Media Management: Strong understanding of media ingestion, logging, transcoding, syncing audio and video, and organizing footage in digital asset management systems.
-Rough assembly as needed
- Knowledge of After Effects (most likely will be editing text templates)
- Ingest music
- Install Fonts on editors' machines
- Export backup daily edits
- Backup final masters

Looking for an experienced field producer/shooter who understands lighting and audio.
Must have own camera equipment
Sitdown Interview style shoot experience is a plus.

Need to hire an experienced event photographer to cover a local Roadshow stop (think product/training expo) for public safety tech company Axon. The day will be 7-8 hours long, normal daytime hours. We need full buyout on 75 final images and light retouching (color correction, etc) included at the agreed-upon rate. Must be local to or willing to work as a local in Washington, DC (no travel budget). Must be willing/able to jump into things and take initiative onsite as there won't be any additional crew. Seeking a local mixer with gear, for an independent feature documentary following local political candidates leading up to the election. Will be approx.15-30 days over the course of several months. Must have prior experience as a sound mixer on a *VERITE* documentary or documentary series. Must also have experience with sit-down interviews. Must have references, must be local, (not willing to work as local). Experience on political projects a plus!
