Job Description:
Live Bash is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Live Events Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing live events, primarily concerts that captivate audiences and drive engagement in person and via livestream. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Show Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with artists, clients, and internal teams to define events and show goals, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate all logistical aspects of events and shows including Call sheets, crew schedules, timelines, and equipment rentals.
Production Management:
Oversee the technical production of events, including audio, video, lighting, and staging.
Ensure all technical requirements are met and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events.
Work closely with the Technical Director, Audio Engineer and other key personnel to deliver high-quality production value.
Lead set-up and prep on stage for shows.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of event coordinators, stagehands, and other support staff.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Client and Stakeholder Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Provide regular updates and reports on event progress and performance.
On-Site Event Management:
Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring events run smoothly and efficiently.
Manage live event broadcasts, including coordination with AV teams and Client ensuring seamless execution of both live and recorded shows.
Post-Event Analysis:
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on event outcomes and insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in live event production, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Strong understanding of audio, video, and lighting production techniques.
Proven ability to manage large-scale events from concept to execution.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

We are hiring one or two camera operators to record a classical orchestra concert during the Bellingham Festival of Music at WWU Performing Arts Center on July 6. We're looking for applicants who have filmed classical music before or at least have experience with filming live events. Please send relevant examples of your work. The performance is at 7:30 PM. You will be needed from 6:30-9:30 PM. Actual filming is about 90 minutes. We will require you to watch the pieces in the program on YouTube beforehand. It would be great if you have a video tripod, but we can provide one if you don't have one.

SkillShow is looking for Camera Operators to help us film at a Football Combine. Must have an understanding of Football and experience filming sports. This is a fast paced environment. You'll need to know what the positions are on the field in order to keep up, so those who have not filmed sports nor have experience with football - will not be considered.

Need camera operators to help cover a corporate event over 4 days in the Bay area/Napa Valley. Some travel is required, and gas and travel can be accounted for, but no housing is covered. The first and last days are more likely half days, but there are multiple workshops happening at the same time throughout the day, so getting adequate coverage is paramount. Production: This position is for an A2 during a convention at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix. We will be filming interviews and talking heads with 1-2 people at a time on a closed set.

Production: This is a live event at the convention center in downtown Phoenix.

Dates: 7/16-19

Responsibilities: This position will be varied between running errands (picking up food, running things between rooms, etc), production assistance (setting up equipment, loading in and out, etc), and other tasks as necessary.

Filming of the conference will be held on Monday June 24th from 10am - 12pm.
There will be some allotted set up time before the conference for crew and there will be a one hour portion dedicated to interviews after the conference.
