Your New Role
This Live Producer role is a leadership position on ahighly-collaborativeteam. The ideal candidate for this position isadept at both leading elevated live productions, as well as managing AP's &PA'sin a direct-report capacity.
This person must be an avid sports fan who keeps up with relevant storylines in the sports landscape.
This position requires someone who communicatesexceptionallywell&can prioritize their own tasks.
Must be OK withintermittent travel &irregular hours - the nature of live sports coverage requires occasional nights/weekends/Holidays.
Your Role Accountabilities...
•Line-produce elevated digital shows in accordance with *** 's editorialstandards,sense,andstyle
•Lead long-form live podcast-style productions hosted by current athletes, as well as oversee the post-edit process in coordination with Social & Programming
•Ideate around topical storylines in sports to help determine the content of liveshows
•Interface with on-air Talent, both remotely and in-person, to align on contentgoals
•Manage the day-to-day schedule & long-term career path of directreports

Base pay is just one component of *** Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $58,786.00 - $109,174.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, *** Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
