The Traffic Coordinator is deadline orientated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. • Works with Sales Management to manage commercial inventory and maximize revenue
• Prepares daily program log by obtaining information such as source, location and length of program
• Calculates exact length of programs and time slots available for promotional material
• Assigns commercial material to be inserted *** ween programs
• Coordinate with other departments on special projects, commercial/promotion air-time placement
• Act as the station gatekeeper for formatting, traffic and inventory matters to the Traffic Operations Hub and Master Control
• Field sales questions
• Creates and issues computerized program schedule for the station
• Maintains program logging and other operational procedures
• Finalize logs for the Traffic Operation Hub to send to Master Control.
• Assisting in the downloading of commercials in coordination with Production/Master Control Departments.
• Performs clerical functions as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:

• High School diploma
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet daily and weekly deadlines.
• Experience with the Wide Orbit traffic system preferred
• Minimum one year's experience in clerical support or administrative assistance.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
• Prior broadcast or *** experience in sales and traffic operations preferred

Job Description

This position will report to the Global Real Estate Director - Project Management and responsible for supporting the GRED-PM in all project management related functions related to modification and fit-out of leased or owned office properties across international portfolio.

The portfolio consists of multiple business divisions across >50 locations for our filmed entertainment and TV networks & production lines of business.

The role can be summarised across three key areas:

• Project Coordination and Support for Project Management activities
• Project Planning & reporting
• Administration and business unit support

Project Coordination and Support for Project Management Activities

• Coordinate and assist in the project management activities that are assigned
• Assist in the definition of clients briefs and key success factors
• Organise Meetings and Site Visits, minute taking as required
• General Project Costing and pre-tender estimates by liaising with consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors when required
• Review of tender returns and cost alignment ensuring compliance with tender documentation
• Coordinating with multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Ensure effective and successful delivery of any fit-out projects assigned either directly or via an external project manager, within defined scope, time & cost.
• Project planning including programming and project procurement
• Coordinate project monitoring and communications with all stakeholders
• Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot, and provide status information on all projects
• Track project costs to ensure compliance to the brief
• Contract Management - Assist with Ser *** agreements and works contracts

Project Planning and Reporting

• Ensure communication and project reporting issued in timely manner as necessary.
• Forecasting - assist with the creation of budgets and economic analysis for projects, monitor cost and performance projections.
• Project Planning - create and track project timelines, report against baseline
• Prepare reports related to project activities.

Administration and business unit support

• Assist in the preparation of business case documents to support new project requests, including research and collation of information to create professional PowerPoint template business case documents.
• Raise project PO's and deal with enquires in a professional and efficient manner
• Manage general administrative tasks and perform efficiently under deadlines.

Desirable:

• Degree or equivalent Project Management qualification
• General Mechanical or Electrical background / qualification
• Experience of construction project management in broadcast and/or similar business critical facilities.
• Working knowledge of landlord and tenant law and experience of securing consents from superior landlords, statutory bodies, neig *** urs, etc.
• Experience of appointing and managing external consultants.
• Proven work experience to develop the necessary communication, quantitative, and financial skills needed for the position.
• Working knowledge of commercial building construction and services engineering, preferably with design and fit-out experience.
• H&S knowledge / training would be advantageous
• Knowledge of JCT Contracts and PSA schedules of Rates would be advantageous

JOB DESCRIPTION
*** Sports is looking for a Freelance Graphics Coordinator to join their team in Charlotte, NC. As the Freelance Graphics Coordinator, you will exist as a liaison *** ween various production arms within the FSMG and the graphics department. The line management for the position is from the Freelance Graphics Coordinator to the Director, Production and RSN Integration, to the Senior *** President, Graphic Production, to Executive *** President/Creative Director, Graphics.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, research, and process all requests for graphic creation from assigned production and follow through to completion and delivery
• Establish communication with Coordinating Producer to ensure proper scheduling and tracking of projects
• Deal with day-to-day operations of all production in progress through producers
• Compile and maintain all compilation reels for assigned production along with seasonal updates
• Attend all project related meetings, take notes and distribute
• Follow-up with logs, style guides, and tool kits
• Schedule and supervise edit and audio sessions as needed
• Work with Graphics Technology group within department for all elements (including style guides) needed to complete remote and studio deliveries
• Assist assigned designer, artist or operator in creation of requested graphic by supplying all necessary information for project; goal should be to minimize repetitive work through editorial errors
• Establish and maintain communication to appropriate technical personnel in order to ensure proper completion and delivery of graphic request
• Maintain working knowledge of all production relating to graphics at all times
• Assist producers in timely delivery of all sales enhancements
• Accurately QC elements both on tape and digital formats
• This position will require non-standard hours, such as early morning or evening shifts
• Work weekends and requested rotational shifts when necessary
• Take on additional tasks as needed
